San Fernando Roasted Chicken SeaTac

Today we went to eat with my family and the food was very good but I didn't like the fact that I ordered a specific dish and they brought me another dish that was wrong and the girl seemed a little indifferent when taking the order so I guess maybe she was stressed or I don't know but she had a wrong order so I didn't like eating what she brought me but the food was very good

Very delicious food! Especially the chicken and the Chicha Morada! I only wish they sold their amazing salad dressing and hot sauces by the bottle or gallon! I've been coming to this restaurant since they were in Seattle and they have never disappointed.

It’s a shame the cashier is just so rude. I believe her name is Esther. We love ordering from this place. My order is the same every weekend. The thing is though we have slowly stopped ordering because the cashier acts as if she is giving me the food for free. She’s always in such a bad mood. I order to go so I don’t have to see her face too much but it’s a shame that even a 2 min interaction with her makes me not want to eat there again. If the owners see this please hire new cashiers. The one you have is not trainable and will hurt your business!!!!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Just terrible all around. I wanted to love it here because I love supporting small businesses but from the moment we stepped inside the service was bad. One of the servers (girl with long straight hair) told my mom that she wasn’t going to make multiple rounds so if we were ready to order, to order everything we wanted at once… uhm what?? She was extremely rude to us and we noticed that she was like that to everyone else in the restaurant.
We ordered 3 main courses and 1 appetizer. Our main course meals came out and I asked if our appetizer was coming out and she said she’ll put in the order for us. I said thank you. She came out with 2 appetizers and was mad because she said they were making extras for us when we only ordered one… I was shocked that she came to us with such attitude about it. We told her to just leave the one appetizer for us. We didn’t even eat it because we were just pissed at that point. Nothing genuine or welcoming from her. Just a stonewall face with a horrible attitude. The food wasn’t very tastey either. Very unfortunate experience and we will not be back.

This place is very bad, the service is horrible, they ruined my food. I think that for a long time I will not try Peruvian food again.

I ordered the Seco de Carne sent me the wrong order. I was given a choice of potatoes or beans and rice with my order. I chose potatoes. They sent it with beans and rice. 2nd time. They don’t read the Notes. I called to let them know and nobody speaks or understands English. They also put the phone down on me. Really frustrated and disappointed. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Called the Restaurant to make sure my order was correct and yet again nobody can speak or understand English. Unbelievable

This was good juicy chicken and perfectly cooked fries. We were the only ones there but everything was delicious and they brought us a caddy with all the sauces.
