They cheat. They bring your food after 1 hour. 18% tip is included by default and they don’t inform the users about it and will not remove it from the bill as well. Very bad service. I wish they had an option for 0 stars.

Food came out pretty late, with mains coming out of order, after apps, and not paired with breads. Slow to refill water jug. They had to be reminded a couple of times. Food was fine in taste. Rasam and their specialty vegetarian dosa were flavorful
However, the bathroom was not in good shape. The toilet paper was on the floor.
Also, they automatically charged a party of 4 the 20% gratuity - on the menu, it clearly states that they charge automatic gratuity for parties of 6+. Not happy with that.
