This locale has had many iterations, but the owners keep spicing it up and exploring new options…this is a Middle Eastern/Lebanese direction and the foods were divine and complemented quite nicely by the drinks!

Got the special lunch box with the tuna Onigiri. Everything is perfectly seasoned and sauced. The rice was still warm and suffused with sesame seeds.

Absolutely perfect. Order the sake in a juice box for the premium experience.

Wow! I don’t know if it’s the flavor combinations, the fluffy rice, or both. But these have got to be the best onigiris we’ve had (Japanese hubby who grew up in Hawaii agrees). We got the tuna mayo and ume konbu for dine in and we loved them so much, we decided to get other onigiris to go. Also got the Smokey peach cocktail and it was tasty and well balanced. Such a cute little spot in Capitol Hill and incredibly friendly staff.
