Comfortable, relaxing space to hang out/read in. Drinks are OK, although I was disappointed by the hot chocolate. Tasted more like warm milk.

I’ve been coming to Santo since 2019, and every visit has been a highlight. From the warm customer service to the consistently great coffee and good vibes, they always deliver. I have fond memories of spending hours here during grad school, working with the lively café buzz in the background. If you like speciality coffee and enjoy sitting in cafes, I’d highly recommend a visit to Santo.

Very good coffee.
Pastry case with a nice variety.
Creative seasonal tea drinks.
Not a lot of food options that are more substantial, the menus that are on this Google page are outdated.
The interior is extremely echoey. This is a great place to camp out with your laptop, but if more than 3 people are talking, it's hard to hear your conversation partner or staff and the sound bounces like crazy on all the trendy hard surfaces. As beautiful as the interior design is, I think the room needs soundproofing- maybe foam tiles on the ceiling? Some rugs? Otherwise I would not go on a date or hang out with friends here- it's just not conducive to conversation.

SantSanto Coffee Co is a cozy, no-fuss spot that serves up quality coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. The vibe here is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to grab a cup and chill. The staff is friendly, and you can tell they know their coffee — they’re all about that classic coffee experience.
What really stood out to me was the coffee itself. Unlike the oversized drinks you get at chain coffee shops, Santo keeps it traditional. The cup sizes are more in line with what you’d expect from a true coffee shop, which I really appreciated. It’s just a well-brewed, solid cup of coffee.
If you’re looking for quality coffee with a chill vibe and friendly service, Santo Coffee Co is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Average pour over for the price of $9. The roast is underdeveloped and is too acidic. But clean cup overall

One of the great coffee shops of Roosevelt and just Seattle as a whole. Modern feel. Lots of windows.
