I didn't try the coffee but morning roll or something with cane sugar and cinnamon wasn't tasty. The place by itself is nise. Plenty of sitting space.

My forever favorite ❤️ I love trying new coffee places but whenever I have a bad experience at any other place, Santo would brighten up my mood with their amazing PANELA LATTE!

Definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee shops in Seattle. The coffee is outstanding, and the environment is beautiful, modern, and calm. The baristas are skillful, talented, and genuinely friendly. They pay full attention to crafting the perfect cup every single time.

The latte is balanced. Not sour, not bitter, not burnt. The mocha is rich but not overly sweet, with deep notes of dark chocolate. The matcha tastes pure and refreshing.

Definitely try the panela latte if you want something unique. A delicious espresso-based drink that’s not too sweet, with just the right touch of orange bitterness.

My only complaint is the recent price increase, but the quality still makes it worth it. I even bought their beans to make coffee at home, and it was a great experience.

A wonderfully crafted vanilla oat milk latte by one of the best barista’s I’ve talked to in a long time. Thank you for creating a friendly environment with a fantastic aesthetic.

There is a reason this place has the highest star rating I’ve ever seen on Google. It’s pretty much perfect. High quality coffee and pastries, great ambiance, convenient location close to Roosevelt Light Rail station, friendly staff, amazing service and the kicker (pun intended); for Seattle the prices are reasonable. Well done Freddy Montero one of the great Seattle Sounders players 👏👏👏

Exceptional service and phenomenal vibes. Definitely my new spot to work out of. I don’t want to gate keep it, but I might have to for a little :)

I stopped by this coffee shop while visiting Seattle, and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The coffee itself was just average, but the prices were outrageous. A small 10oz cup cost $7 plus a 15% tip, which feels crazy for the portion size. They don’t even offer a standard 16oz option, so you’re paying more and getting less.

It’s easily one of the most expensive coffee spots in the city. You can tell you’re paying for their massive 1,000 sqft marble coffee bar and high rent, not for the quality of the coffee. To make it worse, the place was packed with no chairs available, so we had to walk out right after getting our drinks.

The service didn’t help either. The server was a bit rude and not welcoming, he didn’t even seem happy to see us. I actually thought about leaving right then, but since we still wanted a coffee, we went ahead and ordered anyway.

Overall, overpriced, small portions, average coffee, and unfriendly service. Definitely not somewhere I’d go back to. Maybe regulars see it differently, and that’s fine, but as a customer, this was my honest experience.

A wonderful coffee experience… I enjoyed the open espresso machine being center stage and watching the barista concoct the drinks. Also they do not make their drink overly sweet which is a huge plus for me.

The coffee at Santo is mid, yet it is actually the most expensive in the city. Nearly $8 for a cortado after tax and 15% tip. It’s obvious you’re paying for their ridiculous rent to house their unnecessarily large 1000sqft marble coffee bar

The service was good, and the atmosphere was incredible. I thought the pastry was delish and a decent size, but the coffee options are a bit small for the price. This is a perfect spot to take a date or to hang out for a few hours, but if your looking to get your coffee and go, there are better options.
