It’s been decades since I have been back reason being is that they’re always packed but the food here has always been solid and well priced. I love their eggs

Not entering, was pretty full
I don’t know why Seattle randomly has so many good Japanese restaurants, and this is one of them. It is very authentic flavor of Japanese ramen (similar to or even better than the ramen I had in Japan) The service was also awesome!

The vege Ramen is one of the very best I’ve had. Pair it with chili paste and corn. Also love their norishio potatoes. Service is quick and responsive, absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good ramen.

Really Disappointing 127$ for 4 people Lunch 😕.
I had high hopes, but everything missed the mark. The appetizers tasted like frozen snacks from Costco—greasy and flavorless. My veggie ramen had a weird sugary broth and milky base, with tofu that tasted like nothing. Even the music was blasting so loud we could barely talk, and the staff seemed stressed and robotic, no smiles, no warmth. Brought a guest from out of town and honestly felt embarrassed. That's a very lowfast-food Ramen place. Won’t be back ever!

Hokkaido offers a solid but unremarkable dining experience in the heart of Seattle. The menu is standard for a Japanese restaurant, with familiar dishes that are executed adequately but lack standout flavor or presentation. Service was efficient & the atmosphere is clean/casual. Overall, it's a decent option if you're nearby, but not a destination worth going out of your way for.

The ramen is good! The portion looks small but is actually quite filling. So I’d do small if you’re not a big person. We’ve tried the Shio and the Shoyu. The Shoyu is more flavorful because of the soy sauce, but I recommend ordering the Shio and add a tiny bit of soy sauce if you want a bit more umami. Because the Shoyu one overpowers the pork both flavor.
Food is always great and my grandkids love the place

It’s really disappointing that the staff served pork to Muslims even after being clearly told not to, both in writing and verbally. The label clearly said NO PORK. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. Honestly, it’s a shame on both the staff and the management. I feel like to sue for their negligence and causing mental stress.

My favorite ramen place, and i dont even like ramen! Negi nanban is so good, the waht can be greasy pork broth is balanced with jalepeno and onions. Amazing
Their ramen is pretty good, lots of affordable sets, vegetarian options available, we’ve come here a handful of times, I appreciate the accessibility; of this location - as it’s in u village and therefore has easy & free parking

The worst possible experience, I do not recommend it, the waiters were very unfriendly, it wasn't even full and they literally kicked me out while I was still drinking and waiting for my dessert, horrible.

They only have one vegan / veg option but that ramen was good, you can ask for chili oil to make it spicy. They should include more veg options
