Decent ramen and subpar service. There is an initial rush to take your order before you open the menu, not putting in items your table orders and unfortunate ramen spills at the table.
One of the famous Japanese ramen chain restaurants that I used to eat at when I was young. The sweet tonkotsu ramen had the same taste as in Tokyo, and was delicious and nostalgic. The Japanese-style greeting is also useful, such as saying "Welcome!" in a cheerful manner. I will go again.
