I don’t know why Seattle randomly has so many good Japanese restaurants, and this is one of them. It is very authentic flavor of Japanese ramen (similar to or even better than the ramen I had in Japan) The service was also awesome!
The vege Ramen is one of the very best I’ve had. Pair it with chili paste and corn. Also love their norishio potatoes. Service is quick and responsive, absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good ramen.
Hokkaido offers a solid but unremarkable dining experience in the heart of Seattle. The menu is standard for a Japanese restaurant, with familiar dishes that are executed adequately but lack standout flavor or presentation. Service was efficient & the atmosphere is clean/casual. Overall, it's a decent option if you're nearby, but not a destination worth going out of your way for.
