My only complaint is that they aren't doing more to make sure the community knows they have new owners and that it made a HUGE difference. WAY better food not even close. Maybe need to change the name or give the place a minor face lift so people who've had bad experiences in the past with past owners don't continue to walk past. I'm doing my part to spread the word

The burger did taste better, but still not back to what you want when you go to a hole-in-the-wall greasy burger joint (seriously, romaine?). The patty itself is much thicker and juicier than before which is a positive change.

This has been my favorite burger spot in Seattle for 8+ years and I just ordered for the first time in a few weeks and what I got was nothing like what I've gotten there the past 8 years. Their signature burger sauce is gone, the formerly fantastic fries are completely different and are just meh. Very disappointed, hopefully this isn't a permanent change.

New owners it's now hit and miss with the food and the service. When the owners are there customers are an inconvenience disrupting their Facebook time. When some of the younger kids are working they're pretty friendly. The owners, not so much. If I see the owner(s) at the register I keep walking.

Stopped by for a shake and wow. It was one of the best in a while. If the rest of their offerings are at the same quality level, it is a place not to be missed. Will update when I get some of their food.
I know is Seattle but this place is a bit expensive for what you get, the beef or chicken patties are like 30% smaller than the actual bun and it's not even a good flavor, fries were ok and you get and decent portion, but the service is very poor. The guy that helped, let me refrase that, the guy that charged me for the food had no knowledge of what the burgers even come with and you even feel like you have to beg him to talk to you, it's like talking to a wall, and the guy on the kitchen even looks at you like he doesn't want you there. Looks like there's a problem like this all the time because I was on lunch time and the place was empty which was weird to me, because I was the only one but I can see why. Never going back again.

Scooter's in name only. Burgers are completely different so don't come here if you are expecting what you might have gotten years ago. This place is fine and the burger was ok, average not special they way it used to be. Nothing wrong with that just don't come here for the old Scooter's experience.

Was a little bit hesitant at the price of a 15$ burger, the double bacon cheeseburger, but after getting the food I decided it was worth it. An absolutely huge burger and nice crispy fries.
Only knock down is that it's designed around takeout so there's little seating there, but that's my bad for not checking. Still, bangin food, will be back
