Sea Wolf is always a favorite stop when I’m anywhere north of downtown Seattle, Lake Union, or Fremont. Their baguette is truly the best in the entire Seattle area, and is the closest to the baguettes that I’ve had in France. (Though it might feel a little pricey, I think you get what you pay for and it’s worth it.)
— The green vinaigrette pizza is awesome.
It’s the perfect balance of a savory focaccia pizza with a green vinaigrette on top for some acidity. Make sure you get a side of their homemade ranch with it (even if you don’t like ranch with pizza—this one is different!)
— The baguette is a must. All of the breads are fantastic.
— Coffees are always good.
—The atmosphere inside is nice. There are tables to sit down and get some work done with your food or meet a friend for a coffee and a pastry.
Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Disappointed for what it is, and very pricey. Not to mention the cinnamon roll was as hard as a rock, they asked me if I wanted icing I said yes they gave it to me on the side. I was expecting it to be warm and soft with melted icing as all cinnamon rolls are. I paid $25 for cinnamon roll, and two lattes extremely small size, I didn’t even receive a receipt to know what I was paying for. Girls weren’t so welcoming. I heard about this place on tiktok learned my lesson no to go based on social media advertising.

A magnificent bread Mecca. Truly an exquisite, top tier bread experience every time. A gastronomic crown jewel of Fremont. The cinnamon rolls with frosting are essentially mana from the heavens.

The equivalent of the Seattle mafia, their bread is in every restaurant but no one wants to talk about how it’s kind of overrated…staff is icy as well. Wouldn’t go out of my way for it tbh
I absolutely love the bread here but the three day timeframe place a pick up order kills me every time - crossing my fingers this gets changed someday and I can enjoy their bread more often 🤞🏻

Delicious baked goods. Coffee was not to my liking but the everyone’s taste for coffee is different. The coffee was smooth though.

This was our first visit to Sea Wolf Bakers after hearing many good things, we decided to go all in and try about 16 different items. We took it all home and overall, everything was good. Not outstanding, but solid and enjoyable across the board.
I do have one small piece of feedback on the olive focaccia. The olives already bring enough salt to the bread, so the finishing salt on top tipped it into being a bit too salty. Reducing or skipping the finishing salt might let the flavor of the focaccia and olives shine more. (FWIW)

One of the best bakeries in Seattle. Hands down, the technique and crunch on the bread and pastries is outstanding.
I love seeing Sea Wolf at farmers markets and going to the brick and mortar. As I’m loving a mortadella and pistachio burrata sandwhich, the ciabatta is alway on my mind. The bread loafs are great for a Beecher cheese sandwhich or for dipping freshly pressed olive oil. This is one of my happy places.

Very good bread. The seeded sourdough is great. They also have good pastries. The date bread is amazing. They have a tuna on brioche that I always get as well. The people who work there are very friendly and you can see where they make everything. They have a small indoor seating area and the line to order is generally out the door, so time your arrival knowing that. You will likely have other stand in line a bit.

Now what tha heck is this low quality food here? Cut in half and all raisin fell off clean lol. No sandwich was available too. Coffee quality s lowest ever.
Generally baked goods are very low quality and taste not better than Costco croissant.
Not recommending.

My love of this bakery/cafe is driven by the unusual and incredibly well crafted breads. The pastries are good as well, but I am unsure if I would make the trek there for them. Specifically, the olive oil brioche (vegan) loaf is simply the best bread loaf in Seattle. The crust is flavourful and the crumb has an incredible chew structure that showcases the olive oil without being too overpowering. The sprouted rye loaf is probably not everyone’s taste, but if you enjoy a dark deep seeded crumb to have with your smoked fish, you should definitely consider it. If you happen to be there when the pretzels are out of the oven…nothing is a more satisfying reward on the walk/drive home

Got the seasonal ginger scone, orange anise latte, green vinaigrette pizza and the cinnamon roll.
The first three were good but not the cinnamon roll which is funny because I came here as this place was listed to have the best cinnamon roll in Seattle.
The roll was hard and dry and with cream cheese frosting on the side(?). Not returning for the roll but will come back for other baked goods.

As someone who professionally travels the world to discover new places to eat and adventure to with a farm-twist, I was excited to read that this location works with local grains and supports farmers. What I wasn’t expecting was that a lot of our pastries were sub-par:
📍1/5 Cinnamon Roll: Hard as a rock. The most heartbreaking.
📍 4/5 Savory Croissant: flavor was amazing, still a bit chewy for the pastry
📍5/5 lye roll: soft in the inside, not overly salty, and just the right chew
📍2/5 cinnamon pretzel: very granular for the sugar. Wet to the touch but the pretzel itself was a good texture.
📍4/5 Amman: flavor was lovely, still a bit tough but not anywhere compared to the cinnamon roll
📍5/5 Sweet Croissant: lovely flavor and texture
Lots of space to sit. Wonderful service. Good window light at front seating. Hopefully the bread is different!!

Food is good, a bit pricey— croissant, chocolate oat cookie, koughn Annan. Can’t go wrong.
Haven’t tried the bread yet though!
