Beautiful and delicious pastries. We tried two sweet and two savory items and they all killer. The chive and cheddar scone was so good I went back to the counter to get another. Very cool view of their bakery as the customer area can see a large part of their kitchen and bakery operation. Cool inside look into the process.
Anne is a fantastic teacher! I had a lot of fun making sourdough, and we left with so many goodies: a Sea Wolf towel, two doughs at different stages, starter, and a recipe with very detailed instructions. I loved the class and learned so much.
Went into Seawolf Bakers, and their matcha completely surprised me — so rich and smooth, definitely a highlight. The cinnamon roll had a ton of raisins, maybe a bit much for my taste, but still tasty enough to finish. The place has a cozy, inviting vibe, and yeah, there’s usually a line, which says something. Known for their a fresh loaf to take home. Totally worth a stop if you’re in the area
