Sea Wolf is always a favorite stop when I’m anywhere north of downtown Seattle, Lake Union, or Fremont. Their baguette is truly the best in the entire Seattle area, and is the closest to the baguettes that I’ve had in France. (Though it might feel a little pricey, I think you get what you pay for and it’s worth it.)

A magnificent bread Mecca. Truly an exquisite, top tier bread experience every time. A gastronomic crown jewel of Fremont. The cinnamon rolls with frosting are essentially mana from the heavens.

The equivalent of the Seattle mafia, their bread is in every restaurant but no one wants to talk about how it’s kind of overrated…staff is icy as well. Wouldn’t go out of my way for it tbh
