This was a awesome experience , the service was super fast friendly polite & the food omg , the fish and chips the hamburgers & fries , where amazing they cooked everything with love ..

BRING A WATER BOTTLE, NO FREE WATER. I asked, and you must pay $4.50 for bottled water. They even refused to give me a cup to use at the drinking fountain. Big-time shake-down, very unclassy, especially since a lot of small children come to the Aquarium. Mean woman at the counter. Food was expensive, but tasty. Got fish & chips ($21) and vegan black bean burger ($17). You order at self-serve kiosk, they text when order is ready. Various cold items also for grab 'n go. Lovely dining area with views of the waterfront, also good number of outdoor tables. Too bad -- besides stingy water policy, this is a nice cafe.

The Chocolate Berry Vegan Muffin I bought had mold in it. My 2 year old son eat quarter of it before I realized something was wrong with it.

The pictures on Google maps of the menu are entirely inaccurate. $10.25 for a hot dog and fries? No. $8 for a kids hot dog. Most items are $16-18. Pretty disappointed.

After our order was taken, we had to wait roughly 15 minutes while the employees stood a couple feet away chatting before they would even start our coffees. My latte with sugar free vanilla syrup wasnt even full or hot, and tasted entirely like the syrup. Will absolutely skip this place from here on out, it was terrible!

Update:
Burger still great. Their new system for ordering is obtuse and poorly thought out.

You now have counters where you can pick up in takeaway compostable containers and are normally recently made, however the order process seemingly expects you to order first, not pick up from the shelves, and then pick up from a pick up counter where the staff will place your items.

(Why would you have counters with the food readily available for pick up, with barcodes on it, when you're expected to order and later go to a different counter for pick up?!)

Also the burger no longer comes with fries. Photos haven't been updated, and the menu lists drinks that are actually unavailable.

Wife tried the grain salad. Reports it to be exceptionally bad. Is now upset.

Quite disappointing really.

Their burger has no business being this good.

I've been here 3 times already, every single time their hamburger knocked it out the park.
The bacon is juicy, cooked perfectly, the patty has the right thickness and firmness, the bun is just right.
It outclasses many burger places in Seattle, and it's still cheaper than 5 guys despite being a restaurant inside an aquarium.

The service is mostly automated by kiosks, but the staff is efficient and professional.

Atmosphere is the best you can get in a place with lots of kids running around.

I'd love to come more often, but unfortunately my kid prefers the zoo over the aquarium. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Where do I start? The cold food was mushy, plain, and boring. My burger had no flavor and is way over priced. When I asked the cooks in the back for a wrap for my food, the head cooked yelled at me telling me to leave them alone and that I needed to speak with the servers up front. This is by far the worst experience I had.

My recommendation is: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The food is horrible and overpriced!!! 💯

Careful while making payment. We were made to pay twice for an order that was placed and the manager said it did not go through. When we told him the order was listed in their queue, he still made us believe the order wasnt placed and instead cancelled the order and made us pay again. Looks like he took advantage of the fact we are not residents and wouldn't suspect much.

Food was actually very good! Unfortunately you can't feed the seagulls here😆 I had the pork belly and cheese fries. Ended up taking home the leftovers. Very good.

The food is really surprisingly good! They have a selection of hot foods and ready made cold foods. They even make coffee!
The only thing is if you're planning to get dinner they do close at 4 and they stop taking orders for hot food a bit before then
