They say in business, “location, location, location,” and this ice cream spot checks off that mark, but unfortunately lacks in other places. It is right next to the salmon cooker, which was perfect for our dessert after our lunch. It had a beautiful location along the water, very open and easy to order from as it is facing the walkway where the pedestrian can easily see its menu and ice cream flavors offered.

Unfortunately; the ice cream was lacking in flavor...

Ice cream was good! Sadly they didn’t have anymore chocolate waffle cones. That I understood when it was later in the day and they showed having a limited supply. The upsetting fact that landed the rating was ordering a handmade lemonade that tasted like a fountain drink. Then when asking to clarify ordering the handmade lemonade she pointed at the fountain drink machine and said they didn’t have anymore.

I had a sugar cone and a bottle of water. The ice cream which is claimed to be house made was alright, the bottle of water: $4.00 for a bottle of water? That's outrageous I know your rent is probably very high but damn.
