The tea is flavorful but tapioca is way too hard. I don’t think it is worth 30 minutes wait. Customer service is good.

I ordered the heavy oolong with boba and coffee jelly, lightly sweetened (25%). Very tasty and love that toppings are free! The best part is how friendly the workers are, I’ll definitely be back!

They live up to their name! This is the best tea/milk tea you can get in Seattle. I'm so tired of these boba places and their gentrified drinks, crazy prices, and charging extra for boba like that's the point of getting bubble tea??? Anways I'm so glad Seattle Best Tea exists. I think I've gone through 3 stamp cards since moving here almost a year ago lol. The workers are always so nice and you don't have to pay extra for toppings, amen. Thank you guys for your service <3

The drinks are on the sweet side. Even 50% sweet is a little too sweet for me.
