Was a little dubious of any place calling themselves Seattle(‘s) best tea, but it is in fact excellent.
A Seattle gem and the perfect establishment. I wish they had classes on teas! I'd attend in a heartbeat
What a lovely place. My brother and I very much enjoyed starting our morning in this relaxing atmosphere, tea and conversation with Chris the gentleman who made our tea. He is well versed on everything from tea, to music, food and things to do in Seattle.
Name says it all! Don’t forget to try the looseleaf tea in the back, packaged in small bags.
This business deserves all the love. The people working the drinks always be giving excellent service, willing to let folks sample the drinks before making a whole cup for them. Tea is authentic and can even be served the traditional way. The owners are extremely hospitable and welcoming to those who come through the doors. And don't forget about the drinks themselves, always leaving through the doors knowing I got me something to drink either with my meals or sipping on all day. Cornerstone business of Chinatown and Seattle. They earned their name.
It has some great flavors, but the quality is very inconsistent depending on who is making the drink. I always get the hot red bean milk tea, and i noticed that whenever it’s made by one of the female employees it tastes amazing. But when the male employee makes it, it tastes like water. More consistency between drinks made by different employees would make my experience much better. Happy to change the review to a 5 star once the quality becomes more consistent :)
Good tea, the jasmine is really nice.
Excellent customer service.
Good selection of teas
Delicious quality tea and kind staff with a Seattle vibe. The winter melon was exquisite. I will definitely return
Boba is hard and flavorless. Drinks are overpriced and taste watered down. You can get boba at any other place and it would be better than here. The staff are nice though!

Fantastic find in Chinatown. A real tea shop that just started selling BOBA teas and other snacks. This is just an old tea shop in Chinatown that struck gold with Boba at right time!! Authentic!!! Open Christmas Day!? Hooray!!
Used to be a fan, until it gets cold and you want something warm. They do not ask your sugar and ice level proactively, so I got my first tea wrong - that’s fine, I spent double $ to get a correct one.
Today I ordered on some app, and there was no option for warm tea - but warm tea exist in the store, so I guess it’s the “no ice” option. It turns out that both my tea were ice cold - it was heart breaking when you drove 20 min just for the tea. I asked if they can make me new ones - no, it’s almost closing time. I asked for a refund - get rejected.
They even told us, if you really want warm tea tonight, you can drive another 20 min to our sister store. They are not closing yet.
People need to start more bubble tea business, so arrogant as they are can have more competition. It’s not rocket science. The cost of making one tea is no more than a dollar. It’s always the experience we are paying for.
But apparently, that one dollar is way more important to them than losing some long-term customers.
I am still feeling angry and somehow mistreated two hours later, thanks to that two female employees tonight.
My Son is on the spectrum and only this place will he be looking forward on seeing and drinking their bubble tea everyday. Best working staff, you’ll be in and out in no time even when it seems like short staff. Highly recommend to try their milk tea. Their tea specialty is also known for.
They're always so friendly and warm when visiting. We got a couple teas each and they gave the ones we weren't going to drink today, without boba or ice so it was still good the next day.
