This place is easily top three of places you must go if you're in Seattle. First off, the food. It's the best. The best biscuit, gravy, and chicken, that I've had. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite things in the world, and this has become my absolute new standard for it. I've never had gravy like this, but I immediately know that it is definitely the gravy by which all others should be judged! Biscuits are made in house, and they are incredible and they are big! They have some unique combos on the menu, and I can't wait to try the rest of them! The service here is fantastic, the people that work there are amazing if I had any complaint, it would be that the place is rather small, and the line can be rather long. But there's a good reason for it! Also, locally owned, and they do great things for the community on top of everything else. Do yourself a flavor and give this place a try!

The biscuits are pretty good but it's overpriced. There isnt a bacon egg and cheese on the menu so you have to pay for a sandwich with bacon egg cheese and jam then ask them to hold the jam.

There were a lot of biscuit-sandwich based options I could've went with here, but I decided to go with the biscuits and gravy - or the Big Al as it's known
I don't know who Al is, but I know why they call it Big. The size of this thing is monstrous. I couldn't even see the biscuits under that mountain of gravy, but I'm convinced that either there's more than two, or these are the two biggest biscuits I've ever seen, because I kept on eating and more and more of the biscuit kept on reappearing underneath the gravy. It felt like it was never ending. I was able to finish about 85% of the meal before calling it.
The biscuits were pretty solid, although I have to say I was expecting a little better. There was a great crust on the outside, and the inside was pretty soft, but I thought they felt a little dry - especially on the parts not covered by the gravy. Like it felt like I needed gravy in order to eat this, which I don't think a great biscuit should require. I get that other biscuits would have butter/jam/whatever else, and this one has gravy in place of that, but I would say I've had better biscuits elsewhere
The gravy, though, is where this shines. It's warm, comforting, and so flavorful. There's large chunks of pork sausage throughout, and that cottage-cheese like texture is practically perfect. I could eat the gravy by itself - biscuits can be optional - it was that good.
The egg was also a nice touch, but due to the size of the gravy, it was only able to mix with a small portion.
As I mentioned, the portion size is pretty massive. It's slightly on the expensive side, coming out to $18.5 in total, but since you could easily share this with two people it's not bad.
Overall, I can't say it's the best biscuits I've had, but definitely the best gravy. 8.25/10

Seattle Biscuit Company nails it! Massive portions, flaky biscuits that could win awards, and Southern comfort done right with collard greens and cheesy grits. The coffee’s legit too. Come hungry, leave happy, possibly in a biscuit coma. Five stars, no notes.

The chicken sandwich was out of this world. Simple but best chicken sandwich I’ve had in forever. Grits were good for Yankee grits, but any true southerner knows butter and salt are key but a salt shaker really helps.

Huuuuge and tasty biscuits! My friends got the chicken one and I got the cheese and egg one with no seasoning on the egg plus sides of habanero peach jelly and honey. I tried a piece of the chicken and it was fantastic! Thank you!
Their biscuit sandwich is incredible. I ordered the Gus and the portion size is humongous! The food is very tasty and the vibe is so cozy inside

Good food, big portions, but fairly expensive for breakfast and can be difficult to find seating and parking depending on the day.

Biscuit Heaven in the PNW
Seattle Biscuit Company is comfort food perfection. Their biscuits are *seriously next level*—buttery, flaky, and just the right amount of dense to hold all that savory goodness. Every sandwich feels like a southern hug with Pacific Northwest flair.
I tried the “Willie Lee” and it completely blew me away. The eggs were fluffy, the sausage had just the right kick, and the creamy grits? Pure gold. Even the coffee was top-notch.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, clearly passionate about what they do. It’s one of those rare places that leaves you full in both stomach and spirit.
Whether you’re nursing a weekend appetite or chasing a biscuit craving on a random Tuesday, Seattle Biscuit Company is always worth the trip.
