Friendly staff & knowledgeable. I went there to buy a bag of beans. He even let me try a bit of the coffee. He knows his stuff. Hats iff to the barista

Walking into Victoria Coffee Roasters near Pike Place, I was initially charmed by the stellar playlist setting the vibe. I was in high spirits, eager to enjoy the mesmerizing process of latte art, camera in hand to capture the intricate pour--because, let's be honest, there's something magical about watching milk transform into a fleeting work of art. But that joy fizzled out faster than a flat espresso.
The barista, oozing self-important attitude, shot me a look and demanded to know if I was filming her after enthusiastically thanking her. Let's be clear: my lens was trained on the latte pour, not her unwarranted ego. The sheer nerve of assuming she was the star of my shot was laughable, especially in a place swarming with tourists snapping pics of everything from flying fish to street performers. This is Pike Place, if I said yes, would she ask for a bigger tip? That single interaction turned the whole experience bitter. The coffee itself? Decent, but nothing special enough to justify the haughty vibe. It's as if the staff thinks they're gracing you with their presence by serving a wildly overpriced latte.
The irony is rich: a coffee shop in the heart of Seattle's tourist hub acting like it's too good for the crowd that keeps it afloat. Save your energy and your dollars. There are plenty of other spots in Seattle with better brews and zero attitude. Skip this pretentious pitstop. Note to self, NEVER TIP IN ADVANCE!

They serve some of the best coffee in Seattle, along with a great selection of snacks and sandwiches. The cookies are freshly baked and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Seating is limited, especially during the busy morning hours, so plan accordingly.

We ordered three drinks. Two of them were the wrong order, which included not getting items that were additional charges. The small is also extremely small. But this place did have a cool vibe and you can discover a hidden smoothie counter looking for their bathroom, so it wasn’t all bad.

This is the perfect small coffee café, the cold brew was amazing and the bagel was delicious.

So this spot consistently showed up in various blogs and I expected it to rock my world. Unfortunately it did not live up to anything I read or saw. It's ok. But in a world where there are so many options in this town, still not sure why people keep bringing it up as one of the best.

I'm from the East Coast and wanted to see what Seattle coffee was all about. Great vibe, chill seating and GREAT coffee. Had a decaf iced Americano, no cream or sugar and it was smooth! I would come back.

The coffee was fantastic! Lots of syrup options, but only vanilla sugar free. Salted caramel hit the spot. Close to Pike Place. It was on the way to there from Westlake rail stop.

We recently stopped at Victrola Coffee for a hot soy lattes with a shot of chocolate. The Male Barista botched up our order, and you couldn’t taste the chocolate at all,the dude seemed a bit off with depressive vibes.
We asked the Barista if he could fix our order however he ignored us at first then said curtly “Well I put chocolate in it just stir it” then rolled his eyes Wow he was soo surprisingly rude for a barista and despite the pricy cost of our drinks.
After we requested a refund preparing to walk out Another female Barista offered politely and professionally to correct our order with a quick squirt of chocolate easy peasy she smiled and apologized. The Male employee seems very unhappy in his role and doesn’t make eye contact with the public and is simply unsuitable in this role.
