3rd edit sep 2025: fish guys is probably the restaurant I visit the most in the area. They’ve been consistently good over the years!

2nd Edit: they never fail to amaze me!! Tried their miso tuna and PNW salmon, both are amazing! Their portion size is more than enough, I end up being super full every time. Favorite poke place in town hands down!

Excellent poke experience. Workers are very friendly and they have a wild and fresh selection...

The fish is so good. But the rice knocks it down 2 stars, unfortunately

It’s such a shame because the poke is SO GOOD. The pieces of fish are huge, fresh, and so flavorful. Smoked salmon mac salad is also so delicious.

But omg the rice bro the rice😷 dry, flaky, pasty… it ruined my bites so I ended up making my own at home. Went w someone that’s been before and they say the rice is always kind of mid but today (yesterday when we ordered),...

Lives up to the hype!! So so so good. Definitely pricey, but you do get quality and lots of food for the price. I think it still doesn't live up to poke in Hawaii, but it's as close as you can get here.

I tried spicy salmon which was my least favorite fish, wouldn't recommend that one, the sweet shoyu Salmon which was soo yummy, and the creamy spicy tuna which was my favorite of the three.
