Magnolia PIZZA & PASTA Seattle is literally the worst. Placed an order for one chicken parm and 6 wings and nothing for literally two hours. Called them and they answered super unprofessional. Politely asked for an update on my order and she took my info and then some dude picked up the phone and said he thought I canceled it? Uh, no. I never called and they never called or anything either. Offered to bring it to me in the morning or tomorrow(not right now) and I said no I work too much and I can't schedule it and asked to cancel and for a refund and apparently the people working there do not know how to refund a customer and told me to call my bank for it back and I just hung up. Absolute idiots working there.

We ordered through DoorDash. And I ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad. What chicken was in the salad (almost none) was dry and cut into little cubes for some reason. And it was so overladen with croutons. It was the crunchiest salad I've ever had. My youngest ordered the meatball spaghetti, and in their menu it says that pastas come with garlic knots and a side salad. She got a piece of garlic bread and no side salad. The meatballs were cold on a lukewarm spaghetti bed. And my eldest ordered fish and chips. Which apparently they were out of, so my dasher called. They had absolutely no seafood options left. Not just out of fish and chips. And they have a (soup of the day) option, but they had none of that either. The guy at the restaurant said the options for a substitute were chicken strips or cheesy bread. My eldest chose the cheesy bread. Which apparently was the same price at $12.99 and what arrived did not look worth that price. Overall, we wasted almost $60 on food that was unsatisfactory and "barely fit for the dog". We will not be ordering from here again.

Don't order from this place online. The menu online is different from what is in store so they will probably make the wrong pizza. When I talked to the owner, he blamed it on a third party instead of taking responsibility. Kids working there were really nice and apologetic but the owner is not running a respectable business. Will not be ordering from here again.

First time trying Seattle pizza, I was alittle hesitant at first cause we live in Beacon Hill. But the delivery was super fast and the pizza was amazing we also got the garlic cheese bread that was delicious as well. My new go to for seattle pizza right now!
