A great interior and location. I didn’t have great cappuccino like others. And the waitress mistakenly gave me a cameral macchiato when I asked for dark one. I wish I have better luck next time.

Drip coffee tastes like cheap Keurig pods. Layout is nice with upstairs featuring local art, but rarely see people inside. Asked barista when they opened and she said they’ve always been there.
This place seems to have popped up in the neighborhood recently but I don’t expect it to last.

Overall i don't recommend it. Here is why...
recently visited this place, after reading some reviews
- No parking space, meaning place is basically for the people living within walking distance.
- standard drip coffee was really bad, here is the thing for local coffee shops, if you are charging money equivalent to Starbucks please have some quality/ standard also at par with money. For starters make it hot not lukewarm, fresh not oxidized.
- baristas are nice, no issues there, it's just the quality is not par relative to money
- also chai , is basically pre-made mix of tea with dried ginger powder mixed with skim milk- wasn't good plus it's too sweet for real Chai.
- place has good seating availability for local Seattle coffee shops
- no free wifi, not big deal but again- if you're charging money like Starbucks maintain hi speed free wifi as standard option.
- food is all pre-packaged possibly coming from third party vendor, not many vegan options
All in all, won't recommend it, won't be going back.

I happened to do a free yoga session at Uvillage in the morning and continued working nearby. This restaurant looked not far away. It must be quite old, and they are all students and nearby residents.
It's quite old but quite quiet. The coffee beans feel relatively ordinary and the aroma is not very strong. The caffeine content is still strong. The milk foam is still dense. The latte art is good. I give the cup a thumbs up for being environmentally friendly.

Great neighborhood spot. The morning glory muffin was outstanding…hubby had a pastry and wished he would have had a muffin as well - it was that good. Friendly service - the baristas seem like they actually are happy to be there. *Full disclosure - our niece works there but all customers seem to get the same friendliness and love.

Four dollars for a regular cup of watered down bland flavorless coffee. The place was packed and loud, obnoxious. There was no room to sit. Cold, uninviting environment. staff was young and dumb would never recommend!

When you see that this coffee shop has 4.8 on Google, beware. Ok, I'm not that dramatic, but the coffee here is not good (not, not good). I've been here four times (three times too many) because we live in the neighborhood and crave great coffee (note: don't go to Gretchen's either).
To be fair, I'm a black coffee person - if you like lattes or cappuccinos, etc, you may find a better experience than me. But if you're seeking a freshly brewed, flavorful coffee, whether it been drip brew or pour over, this is NOT the coffee shop for you.
The atmosphere is meh, while the service is wonderful - I concur with the other reviews calling this out as well. The pastries are less than great, but they do serve a purpose if you're desperate for mediocre croissants. If you still choose to go here, lower your expectations and maybe it will exceed them.

Really great espresso with quick and friendly service. There is plenty of indoor seating, and a few seats outside too. The outdoor seating area could have been in better repair.

Charming neighborhood coffee spot. The coffee was just okay; our iced latte lacked aroma and coffee flavor. However, the staff was super friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Worth a visit!?
