Fantastic congee spot with a real stock as the base! The youtiao also was done perfectly. Will be coming back for congee needs!

Me and my group came during a busy time, the restaurant both inside and out was full, so we did take out. The food came out very quickly despite it being so busy and us having a larger takeout order.
The food was absolutely incredible, I couldn’t of asked for anything better. Made my whole day, and would absolutely recommend. I’m excited to come back and eat inside next time!

Pretty overpriced for congee. $4 for deep fried dough is nuts. Decent ingredients, the congee was a little too thick for my taste.

I was excited for this place because the menu and photos looked good but the taste fell short of my expectations. I love congee but this congee is very broken down and tastes mushy. The flavors weren’t really there and price was pretty high for what it was. Service was ok and there were seats both indoor and outdoor. Id say save your money and just make it at home.

Small congee shop. Ran out of dishes early and not a whole lot of seats available.
Otherwise the food is not bad, but not great. It is catered for the western taste. Portion is on the small side.
Worth a visit if you are looking for something different.

A small and unassuming but absolutely delicious restaurant serving hearty fare. Congee (or juk, to use the term I'm more familiar with) is a kind of rice porridge very popular in East Asia, and this place does it better than basically anywhere else in Seattle. I absolutely recommend the version with the Hokkaido scallops. Though it is on the more expensive side, it is thoroughly restorative and delightful. Simply the scallops by themselves would be worth the trip to this restaurant, as they are so fresh and so firm. Even when it is frigid outside, as it was when I went here, consuming such warm scallops allows one to imagine that they are in a state of luxurious indulgence in a distant land. Also, the green tea is appropriately earthy and provide a much-needed sense of mental serenity.

Sure, the congee is good, but it should be 1/3 the price

"Youtiao" me a better place for congee in Seattle!!

Ordered chicken congee w/century egg, congee and eggs were cold. This is fusion Chinese, not authentic. Century eggs need to be cooked w/ congee to give out milky texture, not layed on the surface for photo ops. I could make better quality. Hokkaido scallops were fresh.

LOVE this place. Very hearty. I had the kimchi beef congee and my partner has the scallop congee. Both were amazing. I’d totally come back. The restaurant was packed around 1:30 pm on a Saturday though.

This place reminds me of the congee back home in Thailand. The consistency of congee is like Thai jok congee where it’s on the thicker side. Got the Shrimp Tom Yum flavor as well as the Thai Meat Ball flavor. Coming back for more for sure!
