Nice place, excellent food! 4th Floor Pacific Place. Absolutely recommend, especially before or after a movie, but even if you’re looking for carefully prepared, good Thai food downtown, this should be top of your list. Compliments to each, and every one of the staff, especially Jack, who made us feel welcome, and happy!

Had lunch here on a weekday and it was a great experience. The service is good, food is even better. Even the tofu dish that we ordered turned out to be great. Will be back when we're in the Seattle area again.

Walked in excited for Thai food, walked out before even ordering. Our first server said “Hi, how are you?” then immediately disappeared like a magic trick, never to return. A second server finally showed up and told us happy hour is “over” at 4:30… even though the sign literally next to us at the table, which we pointed to lol, said happy hour until 5:00. After a dramatic trip to the bar to “double check,” she came back and said, “Oh, I guess you can order.”
By then, the only thing we’d lost our appetite for was the service. We left. There are plenty of great Thai places around next time we’ll go somewhere that doesn’t deceive their customers.
EDIT; reply to owner. We were definitely at your restaurant and this was last Monday at 4:30pm. You are located right next to Din Tai Fung dumpling place.

So back again, its becoming a thing that whenever I come into town, I stop here. Getting my green curry again and its just as good as it always is. This time I also got the thai tea, and so many ❤️s!

My experience was disappointing. The food was average and the service was rude and slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy
Exceptionally rude waitress, ignored my group for 10 mins when there was no line up front and plenty of open tables. Terrible service and overall bad attitude. Please avoid this location to prevent wasting your time.

We sat down at ~6pm, didn’t get helped with our orders until 20 minutes later. My kid’s food arrived but no utensils neither drink. Only after I asked the waiter told me they were out of the drink of choice. My food arrived a few minutes later but my husband’s didn’t. After maybe 20 minutes and another ask, the waiter apologized that the curry comes from one side of the kitchen, while our grill and salad from another, thus the delay (what?). I asked him, “so this kind of delay is common here?”, he said, “yes”. Husband didn’t start eating until 7:15 pm. I could see they were all working hard. But there was no one to expedite each order. Oh, also my first dish choice was out and I wasn’t informed until 10-15 mins after ordering. Whatever food we had was good. Just don’t expect stellar service and avoid if you’re on a schedule.

My drink price was outrageous$28 for a Makers mark double??. I've been everywhere even on Time square that are not charging that. Beware ask for prices I won't be back.
