They got my order wrong and upon asking for the most mild salsa, the dish was incredibly spicy

This was great! I went with people in my Spanish class and everyone was super tolerant of our terrible Spanish 😬 but being a picky eater, at no fault of the restaurant, I got the chips which were great

It's a really cool place. The food is good, but not amazing. I like how it looks inside, they have bar seating and tables as well.

Very tasty carne asada and carnitas.
When they tell you that one of the three salsas is hot, believe it.
Habanero hot.
Good, but have a drink handy.

Such a cute, cozy place that does actually Mexican style food. The flavors could use a little work, are currently rather weak compared to say Mendoza's, but a really lovely time. I would definitely come here semi-regularly if I lived in the neighborhood.

2 months later and I can't stop thinking about the peanut salsa.
Tacos here are fantastic. It's one of my favorite places for breakfast/brunch

I love fish tacos, at this point in my life, I can comfortably say I’ve had thousands and these are the best I’ve ever had. The pickled onions, the slaw, the slight crisp/crunch of the beer battered Mahi Mahi, just WOW. Every bite made me excited for the next and my friend loved his scrambled egg chilaquiles, too. The staff were kind and fast, and the vibe was so authentic. I will absolutely be back

Coming from California, these aren’t bad tacos. The carnitas and al pastor were a bit dry, but fish tacos were pretty good. Tortillas were excellent. Price was higher than I’m used to, but I knew that coming in. Pretty good quality food, but value was mid. You’re partly paying for the avocado which was a nice touch, but still it’s on the expensive side for kinda small tacos.
