The food during lunch was good, but it was uncomfortably cold inside. At first, the waiter even tried to seat us in the bar area right next to the main entrance, where the door kept opening and letting in cold air. Even after moving to a different section of the bar, I still felt so cold that I just wanted to finish my meal and leave as soon as possible. I really wish they would add some heating or adjust the air conditioning, if any, for better customer comfort.

Service was quick and pleasant enough. The food has more variety than the typical Mexican restaurant in the area. There are several vegetarian items on the menu. It would be nice to see a few more. Portions are large but not gluttonous. When busy the noise level can be a bit loud.

Absolutely not a good place. Our food was raw and made us extremely sick. I called to get my refund and got told they would call me and never called me back, so I called to ask about my refund. While talking to Camila The manager I expressed my concerns, and she laughed at my concerns. Extremely unprofessional. I'm never coming back here.

Great product but rude service from tall, red-haired bartender on Friday, Nov 1, 2024 who told us & two other tables we had to leave at 9pm...and we hadn't finished our food and drinks...
I hope he made it to wherever he was going. Very unprofessional & inhospitable.

Always great food, service and atmosphere. A Seattle mainstay in Ballard. The name is updated but the quality is the same.

Their chips are a literal crave category. Like, I'm not just craving chips, I'm craving THEIR chips. Hot and fresh!
It doesn't just stop there. Their drinks are great, their food is spectacular, and their service is attentive.

Really fantastic food. Authentic vibe. Highly underrated at 4.6 stars! I have been to 50+ Michelin star restaurants and honestly think this deserves one
