Always thought of this place as a great spot for a beer and a nice interaction with the staff. But the thing that won me over is their food is also fantastic. Surprisingly good selection and everything I’ve tried is great. Dive bar feel, with good beer and food? Yes please.
My fiance and I meet a friend for a drink and a quick bite for dinner. We enjoyed the poutine and French dip. I had a gin drink that was tasty, the bartender was great and we'll definitely be back.

The philly was just so so. Service wasn't inattentive, but it certainly wouldn't give you any warm fuzzies either....a bit perfunctory and brusque but I think that's their vibe.
