Took too long to order a cheeseburger and a limeade for $14. Most self serve computers were down. Like just ring me up at a register.
Too much tech is not always great.

Lady taking order was sassy. Grumpy as well. Not a good place to be if you’re having a good day, unless you want it ruined. Price is outrageous as well.

Used the app to order. Our order came up but we received no notification so it sat and got cold. Upon receiving the food, our burgers tasted like old, rancid grease and the burgers were not fully cooked. Definitely out first and last time going there.

We went for a quick lunch, that turned into a 30 minute wait. They had taken.our food and put it near the walk up window, by the time I went up to ask where it was the lady that took it up there looked at me with a blank look and said she would have someone look into it for me. It had been sitting in a space that wasn't even heated for at least 15 minutes. Cold shak shak and a melted shake are not good. No offer of refund or new food just oh I found it. What a terrible experience.

This Shake Shack is a HOT MESS. It’s dirty, and they ALWAYS seem to be out of shakes. Like “shake” is in your name… I’d avoid if I were you. You’ll be disappointed if you come here.

I always like to have a go-to burger spot in every city, and Shake Shack fills that role for me. Their burgers are excellent—the patties have a crispy outer layer with juicy insides, and I appreciate their experimental approach to new burger creations. The fries are also definitely solid.

To reach the next level, though, the restaurant could improve service quality and overall maintenance inside. Other than that, great job!

The only thing we enjoyed here was the burger. The service wasn’t great and it seemed like the employees did NOT want to be there at all. The fries were just so so and we don’t recommend them. Burger was top notch though!
The building’s aesthetic is really neat too.

As a vegetarian I have been to shake shack a bunch of times and have never had a problem. However after coming home with my order (shroom burger, entirely vegetarian) I found a quarter-sized piece of burger meat stuck into my bun. Obviously it’s a fixable issue and the rest of my meal was fine, but I don’t want to have to worry about scanning my meal for meat every time I order a specifically vegetarian meal. I have been vegetarian for the majority of my life and am bummed that this happened, I know it was a mistake and I’ll probably return but it was something that really threw me off.

Says they are out of shakes so the don’t have to make any. Took over 45 mins for a fry because they forgot to call my order and put it in a bag then says it’s gonna take two minutes for a fresh chicken sandwich. Do not come here.

It's always super busy!! But worth the wait! Love the fried dill pickles!!!

Update: I sulked for a little while, but we eventually went back to ordering from this location, but only if we picked it up ourselves. Not always perfect, but mostly fine. And then last night happened.

Placed an order via the Shake Shack app at 3:30pm for 5:45pm. My partner left to walk over at 5:30pm. I got an email notification that literally said “uh oh” at 5:33pm, and suggested I call a phone number that no one answered (hit ‘2’ to listen to the same automated message repeatedly). Their live chat is not “live”.

Oh, but they gave me a $15 credit when they finally responded to my “live chat” message, 14 hours later. Lol.

Ordered via the Shake Shack app at 7:15pm with estimated delivery time of 7:43pm. At least 4 couriers later, our order was reported delivered at 8:28pm - but we never received it, and couldn’t contact our courier (25% tip for < 0.5 miles; yes we should have just walked but we’d been walking all day 😭). Shake Shack makes it very difficult to contact them for help - and when we did find a contact number, they couldn’t find our food either (we were promised a refund, but I haven’t seen any actual confirmation of that yet). Waited more than an hour and ended up making boxed mac & cheese.
