Ordered through uber. Waited over an hour and after 3 drivers waited and bailed, shake shack cancelled our order. Pretty crappy!

Overall, we had a good experience here. Although our food took a little longer than we had expected to be ready, it was typical Shake Shack quality. The restaurant was clean!

Pricey for the quantity ($20 for a small burger and around 15 fries). I am still hungry. This would be a fine price for maybe double the food. got door dash, and they messed up on the order, so they had us walk 40 mins to get our food, also beyond difficult to work with, and would not give food until we contacted them several times. The food was alright, though, for those couple of bites that they offered. Also, terrible customer service, they did not care AT ALL

As a Canadian, Shake Shack is the holy grail of fast food burgers. It’s an always a treat when we can have it. This location is in a nice part of Seattle’s downtown.

Worst place to pickup order.

I waited here for 30mins after Doordash app said it's ready.

The staff here take several minutes to attend the customer. I waited here constantly requesting attention to provide status of my order.

After 30 minutes since order was ready, they informed they don't have my order.

I notice that staff here couldn't catch on Order details ( english name) and are careless while handing over order to pickup customers.

Likely they would have handed over the order to someone else.

Okay so I had eaten half my burger before I thought to take a picture so it’s not the best picture, I didn’t plan to post a review but the burger quickly had me changing my mind. The ordering kiosks were so easy to use, and since it was my first time there, having multiple kiosks was super nice because I didn’t feel pressured to hurry. My burger was amazing, cooked exactly as a burger should be! The shack sauce was so good. I walked this back to my hotel and the fries stayed nice and crisp. I am ashamed to say I didn’t get a shake but I plan on going back!!

It was a slow Sunday morning when we visited, but the staff were nice and accommodating, and the burgers were on point.

The food was much different from what I had in Korea and Thailand. It was very greasy. The bread became soggy and soft because of the greasy meat. I ordered a double beef burger, but when it arrived, it only had a single-layer burger. The service staff was not very active. I wanted to eat more times, but I regretted it after eating it once.

I ate here twice during my trip to Seattle
The first time I went there was around 8pm on a weekday, and I ordered online. The system estimated the waiting time to be about 15-20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an hour in the cold wind...
The second time was around 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a weekday. I chose to take it in. The meal arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. It was as delicious as ever😋

It's okay but I think the quality is a bit unstable
Sometimes it's delicious, sometimes it's ordinary...for example, the sauce is unevenly spread, and sometimes the hamburger buns are iced.
