I went to try the new truffle burger and truffle fries at the place. That burger tasted so juicy and moist. I love cheese so the melted cheese on top of the burger was so good. Fries were solid. My only issue was that the price of the stuff is a bit expensive so not a everytime choice for me. The burger was a bit small if I were to compare it to Katsu burger.

The lady working there gave me the wrong order so I had to put back a drink. Customer service needs to improve here. The salted caramel shake I had was good though. Not sure if I'd come back/recommend this location of Shake Shack.

I moved to Seattle Washington 2 years ago and I was leaving Indianapolis Indiana and one of the places in Indiana that I really enjoyed dining in was a shake shack and when I was leaving I never knew if I would ever be able to eat shake shack on a regular until I moved here and I found one. I think this company makes the best burgers has the best food has the cleanest facilities has the friendliest crew and staff I just love this place and I am very proud to say I love shake shack so please keep up the good work keep doing everything that you are doing I love this place

Very expensive, extremely small shroon burger. Willnot recommend eating there and we will not eat there again. Its a snack shack.

Sat down at a near by table. Thought I'd hear them call our name. Kept walking up to the counter and back. Finally 20 plus mins later I said just wanted to double check so our food had been sitting there. Cold fries. Cold burgers. It's like they could have asked what our name was instead of letting us stand there and walk back.

This location specifically has the worst pickup experiences for Shake Shack. For some reason the person working the pickup counter is never paying attention. I’ve been multiple times and they’ve forgotten items, didn’t acknowledge people who were waiting. Once the guy working literally tried to give me my order without a bag when it clearly was a pickup order from the app and they charged a bag fee.

If you order from the app make sure you make it known to whoever is there that you are waiting for your order and what name it’s under because they will just let orders sit and get cold without checking in on who’s waiting. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I was there during opening (not as busy) and stood in front of the counter, close to the pickup person, for 15 minutes. Never acknowledged and never received any notification my order was done and finally when I asked them if they had my order. The girl working found my order on the “door dash” slot of the cart and measly said “sorry about that” and smiled ?

At least corporate shake shack has better customer service. I asked for a refund for my cold food. I wouldn’t visit this location unless you had no other options.

It took 30mins, my order was forgotten and expensive. Tasted like nothing but salt and was cold. Would not recommend, will not come back. I got the avocado burger and fries with a peach iced tea The drink was ok, but I’m not waiting 30mins in a loud mall for an ok drink.

I ordered at the kiosk at this crowded mall and was told I would get a text when it was ready. I did not hear my name being called and I did not receive any text. After 18 minutes, I went up to ask if my order was ready and he replied that they would call out my name and did not even bother to check amongst the orders that were sitting behind him on the counter. I waited an additional 5 minutes when another clerk came to the counter and I asked again, only to find out my order had been sitting on the counter getting cold (my shake melting on the cart). I told the clerk that the other worker didn't even bother to check for me, and he did apologize, but my food was not hot, and therefore, not that great. When I opened up the burger, they had gotten my order wrong but I did not bother going back to the counter. For all the hype this place gets, it was not a good experience and I will likely never return. I never did get a text that my order was ready even though I did get an initial text telling me I would get texted soon.

Bring back the dairy free shakes, please! Such a letdown that this location no longer has them on the menu. Otherwise, burgers and fries are good. Thank you.

Shake was delicious, would definitely go back, lot’s of staff,, but trash was overflowing and took way too long for a simple vanilla shake
