Try the class pearl milktea(green tea) 30% sugar. Perfect amount for the sweetness, pearls are good. The only downside is their tea flavor is not very strong, it tastes like they put too much milk over the tea

I have been here many times in the past. The boba has been good. (Not great) But it was fine when wanting boba. Today I walk in with my boyfriend (there was a sign saying they weren't serving until 4:30pm (it was currently 4:26pm) it was a very hot day. 85°F. We thought we could sit for a minute and give them the last 3 minutes they needed to "prepare boba" and get out of the heat and sit for a moment. We open the door and are immediately told "we are closed." I say "oh I know I thought we could just sit for a minute because it's 4:26.." I got a response filled.with attitude. "Yeah so that's not 4:30 is it." I was shocked by the disrespect so my boyfriend and I left. I would like to honestly take this report further because this was so rude and as someone who works in customer service and the food industry it is NOT that hard to show some human decency. Even if she wanted us to not be in the store they could easily say "please come back at 4:30" instead of being a prick. (Mind you that there was only one person prepping boba and the two that gave us attitude were sitting at a table drinking boba). Horrible service. Will be avoiding returning to this location. Even in the past the drinks were mediocre and the service was undesirable. Do better.

very nice decorations, drinks are delicious however they have sometimes put way too little icecream in the icecream blended drinks, so i recommend not getting it blended in. i dont even like boba but the non boba drinks are why i go here.

Every time I’ve come to this location I’ve asked if I could add a simple topping into my blended drink and always I am meet with them saying they can’t do it, fair….so the next time I got my drink from a much busier location I made sure to take a picture of my drink sticker to show that they can make it and how others put it in the system. This time around they put into question if it was from share tea and they are too busy to make it, mind you every time I’ve come in they are just standing around talking waiting for orders. If you can’t make the drink then fine, but at least come up with a better lie than you’re busy when I can clearly see that you are not.

Ingredients are just powder flavoring and not blended well taste ok but don’t like chucks of powder floating in my drink also no non dairy milk options. I mean coconut milk or cream is really cheap. Especially if the powder fruit drinks are 7 bucks before a tip.

Every time I go in the people working always seem to have an attitude and when I asked about my “Strawberry IB w/ Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream” not having ice cream in it they said it was “blended in” when it clearly wasn’t!
