Ordered a Thai Milk Tea with mini pearl a couple days ago. The drink they provided did not hit the mark for what Thai Tea is. It was a pale white rather than the signature orange, and then the flavor was also very light which tells me the tea leaves weren't seeped long enough. For the mini pearl, it wasn't boiled long enough so some pearls were pretty hard. Typically, Share Tea is pretty reliable when it comes to boba, but this location was not.

I would rate my experience at this establishment as profoundly disappointing. It appears that the new ownership has resorted to questionable practices, such as generating fake accounts to inflate their Google reviews, which undermines the credibility of their reputation.

My recent visits have been unsatisfactory. On one occasion, I ordered a matcha ice blend that had chunks of ice, lacking the expected flavor and consistency. I attributed this to the apparent inexperience of the new staff, who seem to be under-resourced and possibly undertrained.

In another attempt, I ordered a taro milk tea that unfortunately contained unsettling chunks of an unidentified substance. This raised concerns about quality control. Overall, I cannot recommend this place, as it no longer meets the standards one would expect.

Funkiest Sharetea in Washington! Although the boba isnt the best in the world, the atmosphere definitely makes up for it. They have a photo booth and a shelf full of.. ramen?? I’ve been here a few times now, and I will go again. I 100% recommend for people stopping by.

First of I wanted to say I’ve gone to another ShareTea location and I got a better service there than here. Yesterday I ordered two of the same drinks (taro milk tea) The only difference was one was with less ice. They put the regular amount of ice and on top of that the Taro didn’t look like Taro (both drinks looked white like it was just milk?) and on top of that it didn’t taste like Taro, it felt so watered down.

Kid-friendliness: Only good cool thing about this location was the Photo Booth.

It is my first time going to this establishment, they advertise the ability to customize all aspects of the drink, however, when I asked to lower the sweetness level they said that I was not able to. I also asked for no tapioca pearls as I think it is too sweet. I got the oreo ice blended which on its own taste good, just too sweet (because I can't change the sweetness level) but because of the tapioca pearls that is all I taste.

I hate that I have to give this review because I come here all the time and am usually taken care of by a few regular employees, but the lack of sanitary sense by one person I’ve never been served by before this evening was BEYOND ME.Firstly, the employee approached me with ear buds in and a video game playing, which I didn’t mind until he abruptly asked “huh?” when I placed my order…Secondly, he then proceeded with my order as I noticed he started sucking on his fingers of remnants from his food in the back! THEN proceeded to touch the toppings ladle, setting up the drink for the person designated for drinks AND passed a delivery driver an order… In SO many ways this is unacceptable…Let me be clear… It’s not about the ear buds- it’s the inability to hear the customer. It’s not about the food eating in the back- it’s the SUCKING ON HIS FINGERS AND THEN TOUCHING MULTIPLE ORDERS. Feeling worried for his co-workers and other customers in this post-pandemic environment…*I DISINFECTED MY CUP AND STRAW IMMEDIATELY WHEN I GOT HOME*

The tea is solid. The reason for the review, though - the service. One night a stranger on the street started following me and I couldn’t shake him, so I entered the nearest public place, this sharetea. The people working caught on to what was happening and distracted him while I slipped out, so thanks to them I got safely home.

Sharetea is a chain so their drinks are consistent. The low rating is for lack of seating and bad service from the workers. I been here twice. One time the worker didn't even acknowledge me until they were done making an order. They didn't even say a word when they were at the register. The photobooth is fun.
