The atmosphere was super chill. Tito was amazing and the sushi rolls were delicious! Definitely will recommend and come back again.

My Baku Dan Rice was under cooked. Sushi rice is the most important part of the sushi roll, how do you fail at the most important ingredient.

Very happy the first place I went was full.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the Bluefin Otoro was fantastic!
Make the time to stop in and have a meal next time you are in downtown Seattle.

Shio is simply an experience, the food is masterful and addicting, the chefs are friendly, the crowd is always inviting, and if you go Ask For Sharon and say Hi, she’ll hook you up

Went here for handrolls and the rice was not seasoned and the fish was cold. Would not recommend

Service was not great. Took forever to be seated even though nobody was there. Servers were too busy chatting to pay attention. Given only one tray of soy sauce for a group.
Handrolls were soggy even with the sheets that protected them. Fish did not taste that fresh.

Average at best. Some rolls were ok. The Edaname comes covered in thick oil, the salmon sashimi is huge pieces but not very tasty and one has a bone. The floor looks like it hasn’t been washed in a week

Delicious! The hand rolls are a little smaller compared to traditional rolls, but they were absolutely fantastic and worth the price! The salmon sashimi was delectable; it was certainly a good-sized serving for the price!

Me and my family recently dined at this restaurant, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was appalling. Upon entering, one of the girls at the front seemed visibly annoyed that we even wanted to come in, despite the restaurant having zero customers. The two girls and one guy at the front were unbelievably rude and made us feel unwelcome right from the start. As someone who works in the industry, I know what good customer service looks like, and this was far from it.
Throughout our meal, we received zero customer service. The servers never checked on us, never asked if we needed anything, and seemed completely disinterested in their job. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to tell us to leave immediately after we finished eating, despite the restaurant being completely empty. This was beyond rude and unacceptable.
The only redeeming quality of this place was the sushi chef. He was the only one who provided any semblance of good service, asking how our food was and being generally pleasant. It's a shame that the rest of the staff doesn't follow his example.
I won't be returning to this restaurant and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They seriously need to reevaluate their staff and customer service practices.
