The best sushi I’ve had in my entire life. I saw that there was one reservation left for the sushi bar omakase, so I booked it immediately before we even landed in Seattle. We saved our stomachs for this omakase, and let me tell you, I’ve had many omakases before and wow. This wins as best sushi and omakase. Ever. Shiro's was probably the most delicious, enjoyable, informative, delectable, traditional Japanese dining experience I have ever had. The sushi was very fresh, the service was delightful, and I learned so much about the art of high quality sushi. Can't wait to come back here soon.
