Incredible Banana Burlee sundae and awesome to have old school soda fountain experience.
They have amazing floats! Best vanilla ice cream I have ever had
Great little ice cream spot next to Pikes. I recommend the Prosecco float with Guava sorbet. It's so delicious.
Delicious ice cream, lots of flavors. Friendly staff.
Cool vibe. Cute ice dishes. Not as friendly when you enter. Border on stuck up... maybe cuz we had kids.

My husband and I hired Shug's to cater dessert at our wedding in August 2024 and it was definitely a highlight of our night!
Our experience started with a tasting of every single flavor they offer at their Seattle shop! It was a wonderful experience paired with a glass of prosecco! We got to choose 6 flavors to offer our guests!
The overall booking process was super easy and email communication was easy.
The night of the wedding, Paul (co-owner), arrived to serve for us in their super cute and aesthetic ice cream cart! He is so sweet and kind.
Our guests got to pick from cups or cones and various flavors. We also had a little toppings bar set up.
Thank you so much Shug's for making our wedding a memorable one! You'll always have a special place in our hearts and we recommend you to everyone!!!

We ordered a pistachio Ice cream cone and the banana sundae.
Pistachio ice cream was good but the flavor was kind of muted, it didn't taste much of the pistachio besides the pistachio nuts that were in there. Still good just not the flavor I was hoping for.
The banana sundae was actually really good. Vanilla ice cream is nice with a good flavor, the candied pecans are really crunchy and really help elevate the flavors and add some texture. I would recommend this if you come here.
The only complaint is that the service was pretty slow. It took like 7 mins to order with only like 10 people in the store, only one person behind the counter.

Ice cream shop was totally cute and had a cool vibe! The lady who helped us was super sweet and nice. Ice cream was delicious, only down fall was that the price was a little to expensive for two ice creams.

When visiting Seattle downtown this is usually one of our stops. Friendly staff, clean facilities and great ice cream selection. Helpful that it's open later than most other places downtown.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it!

Recommend getting a soda with phosphate and making it a float. The brownie sundae was alright, the ice cream itself was great but the brownie was too small and dry. Overall the portion size is not worth the cost but that comes with the location being right near Pike Place Market.
