Fantastic food in a quaint store- it uses the limited space to go all out on flavor!

The food was disappointing and the meat was tough. The sauce bar had flies all around it landing in and around the sauces.

Best hotpot I’ve ever had in Seattle. Portion sizes are generous, meat quality is excellent and they have a wide variety of meat, seafood and veggie options. I also love that they have a table in the very corner facing out the front windows so you can people watch as you eat.

This was our fist time at hot pot! The service was great. The tomato broth was delicious and they had a lot of vegan options. Also a great little sauce bar!

I visited the Chinese hot pot restaurant on a Friday evening, and to my surprise, we were the only patrons in the restaurant at that time. While the ambiance initially felt exclusive, it also raised concerns about the popularity of the place. The portions of the hot pot ingredients we ordered left something to be desired, especially given the price point. The lack of substantial portions was disappointing and impacted the overall value of the dining experience. One notable downside was the presence of flies near the sauce area, which is quite concerning as maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is crucial for any dining establishment. This issue with flies detracted from the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and affected my perception of the establishment's standards.Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant does stand out as a potential option for those seeking traditional hot pot in the U district. If authenticity is a priority and other options are limited, it might still be worth a visit. However, based on my experience, I'm inclined to share that I personally wouldn't choose to dine there again due to the portion sizes, cleanliness concerns, and the overall value for the money spent.

Honestly the hot pot was very good. The meats, vegetables and noodles we ordered were very good and the broths were tasty as well. The only reason I’m leaving a two star review is because of our service. When we entered there was no signage or indication that they were doing cash only. Apparently their “card reader didn’t work” when we went to pay, and were required to pay cash. The way this wasn’t communicated rubbed us the wrong way, and gave us the impression that they were lying to avoid the card fees. We were lucky to have the cash on hand.
