Best hotpot I’ve ever had in Seattle. Portion sizes are generous, meat quality is excellent and they have a wide variety of meat, seafood and veggie options. I also love that they have a table in the very corner facing out the front windows so you can people watch as you eat.
I visited the Chinese hot pot restaurant on a Friday evening, and to my surprise, we were the only patrons in the restaurant at that time. While the ambiance initially felt exclusive, it also raised concerns about the popularity of the place. The portions of the hot pot ingredients we ordered left something to be desired, especially given the price point. The lack of substantial portions was disappointing and impacted the overall value of the dining experience.One notable downside...
A must visit if you like hot pot. Pork broth was flavorful on its own (before sauce/ spice). Highly recommend the garlic beef! Pork was good too but the beef was outstanding. Quick, attentive service; will definitely be back. Quiet and not crowding on a Tuesday eve. A little bit on the pricy side but we did order quite a bit including an app - bill was around $60 for 2 (before tip).
