Always amazing food and the bartender can make anything you want perfectly. It’s my go-to spot for a casual but fancy dinner.
Every dish and cocktail we had was excellent. Romantic, cool atmosphere and decor. Fantastic service. Love this place.

Single Shot is a charming restaurant with excellent food and outstanding service. The pork chop is a standout dish, and other popular options include the hamachi crudo, agnolotti, and the magnificent Dungeness Crab Risotto. The intimate venue provides a cozy atmosphere, and the staff ensures personalized attention. Delicious desserts, including tiramisu and chocolate treats, complete the dining experience. Brunch is also excellent, with tasty avocado toast and Benedict, served in a quiet and comfortable outdoor setting. The halibut and hamachi crudo remain fantastic, making it one of Seattle’s best dining experiences. Friendly service and creative food keep guests returning for more. The bread was fluffy and the butters were rich and flavorful. The burrata appetizer was delicious. The squid ink risotto with shrimp and the papardelle with lamb were both wonderful; the portions are moderate in size. The lemon tart was exquisite, light and sweet. The drinks were alright. The service was very attentive. We sat outside on a warm night and the atmosphere was perfect. We enjoyed an exquisite meal of delicious chewy, rosemary bread with salted honey butter or olive oil and a Dungeness crab salad and a king salmon dish that was exquisitely prepared. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir was a perfect accompaniment for the salmon and the Dungeness crab was enjoyed with a Pilsner that was just right. Our servers were friendly, knowledgeable and kind, and they helped to make the evening a special and beautiful one. We sat outside in late September and it was wonderful. It was romantic and the food was outstanding and the service was amazing! The Salmon Creek Pork Chop - Umeboshi purée, purple cabbage, nuoc cham (vietnamese sauce) and Hamachi Crudo — Pickled Fresno Chile, Yuzu, Tamari, Blood Orange, Crispy Garlic are fantastic.
