Incredible, creative food with wonderful service and ambiance. Dungeness Crab Risotto was magnificent - risotto cooked to absolute perfection. The halibut was fantastic, as was the flavor bomb experienced with the hamachi crudo. Been awhile since we visited Single Shot but it's even better than remembered. It's one of Seattle's best dining experiences and is top tier on Capitol Hill with Spinasse, Maripili Tapas Bar, and Momiji. It's a must-visit.

Had a wonderful brunch last Saturday. Sat at outside table which was quiet and comfortable. Friendly and attentive server. Food was excellent- avocado toast had heirloom tomatoes and frisée. The Benedict was tasty, not too rich. Had complementary champagne since we were celebrating birthdays. We will return!

the greatest wait person we have ever had, without exaggeration. the ambiance is incredible. this is the perfect neighborhood restaurant if it was more reasonably priced. the drinks were great, good wine list and wines by the glass, a little expensive. the starters were superb and reasonably priced. the entrees were ok to good but incredibly expensive.
