Incredible, creative food with wonderful service and ambiance. Dungeness Crab Risotto was magnificent - risotto cooked to absolute perfection. The halibut was fantastic, as was the flavor bomb experienced with the hamachi crudo. Been awhile since we visited Single Shot but it's even better than remembered. It's one of Seattle's best dining experiences and is top tier on Capitol Hill with Spinasse, Maripili Tapas Bar, and Momiji. It's a must-visit.
Had a wonderful brunch last Saturday. Sat at outside table which was quiet and comfortable. Friendly and attentive server. Food was excellent- avocado toast had heirloom tomatoes and frisée. The Benedict was tasty, not too rich. Had complementary champagne since we were celebrating birthdays. We will return!
We had a group of about 12 for brunch - complicated group with a good handful of folks arriving later and constantly in need of refreshed cocktails. Our server ebbed and flowed, service was great, and food was fantastic. Everything that about the place feels good. Always a treat.
