Buyer Beware. Do not trust your mail to this business. They do not protect it and do not guarantee that it will make its way to you. They would rather mark your mail return to sender and later tell you it was an error. It’s tax season, and good luck getting your W-2s.
Great service and an excellent party of our community. They got my xmas gifts to family members who really needed the love this year. And made me an eggnog latte at the same time. They also wrapped and packed the gifts. I did not make it easy. I was tired. I will miss the Ballard location so much. I appreciated the parking spots there. It can be tough to park near this one in Greenwood.
I also enjoy their gift and card selection.

So I get that this place charges for convenience, but I was just quoted 95 bucks to get a card to the east coast by Christmas by USPS at this location. I went down the street to the post office and got the same for 12 dollars.
This is a nice, well-run location, but clearly getting a little cash grabby around holidays. Not a good look. Watch your wallet.
Staff and service is always top notch at Sip & Ship. Had a ton of boxes to ship right before close and they jumped in to help make it happen. This crew rocks!

Holiday shipping is an annual tradition and there is only one place for me that allows the joy of giving not to get lost.
I am greeted at the door with my hands full of packages. They are collected and placed safely behind the counter “in line”. This allows be to grab a cup of coffee, sit and write one more note to tuck inside a box. When it is my turn my name is called. I am grateful for this place that is part of my Holiday tradition.

SIX STAR REVIEW ALERT - Every once awhile I give a 6-star review and Sip & Ship deserves it. They have helped us with so many things: shipping, packaging, a mailbox (great for Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.), a last minute gift, and a perfect latte :) But even if you could get these things elsewhere you will never get the service and the help. I love these folks.
This place has helped me out so much in the past few years. I have used their notary and shipping services and I have always been impressed with their commitment to customer service. Ariel was especially helpful and gave me some feedback that saved me a lot of stress down the road.

I was there to notarize three documents that also required witnesses. Sip and Ship accommodated our needs to a T. High touch service. Would go way out of my way to utilize them.

I always come here to ship my packages! They help me find the lowest price between different carriers. You can also drop off pre-labeled packages for the major carriers, though they charge a small fee if the package is oversized.
There's also a cute cafe where they apparently bake all their own pastries! I'll have to try them some time!

Came here 2 times to ship some clay mushrooms. Super friendly staff and did a great job packaging my pieces! All arrived safely with no damage :)
This is a really nice little coffee shop and UPS drop-off. Just put your package on the shelf and leave it. Also has coffee accessories and gift things. Great employees, very friendly!
I have had a business mailbox here for over 10 years. The owners are a Husband & Wife team, and they have picture of family and kids on the walls which is absolutely awesome to see in an area like this. I have also worked for the owners doing some small construction, and it was a positive experience. They are good people. I wish they wouldn't support the extremist rainbow flags in the windows of their businesses, especially since there are schools close by. I have heard countless people with normal family values complain about the rainbow flags posted here while sitting out front enjoying their coffee on lunch breaks, its unfortunate and sad but the place offers a positive atmosphere, good coffee and tea, & mail box services. I will say I have had mostly positive experiences doing business with Greenwood Sip & Ship regardless of the culture of people they hire, everyone they hire has always been super polite and kind. The most positive experiences I have had has been the awesome communication and excellent customer service I received from Jerry. I'm always excited to see her or have her answer the phone because she is always so polite and kind when I'm usually having a very hard day at work. I often send my employees to pick up our business mail and she always accommodate our needs with a super positive Happy kind attitude, that makes my hard work day better every time. Anytime I get a chance to see the owners they recognize me and say hi. As a over worked small business owner myself, to have these kind of good interactions, it is so priceless to me. Highly encourage anyone to check out this place. They have good chocolate and cool hats I often buy too. Love this place!!! Thanks Jerry!!!!
Something about this place makes it awesome! Can’t defined a special feeling. Their coffee is just something that makes them great from aside everything else they do.
