Sip and Ship - Greenwood

This is a really nice little coffee shop and UPS drop-off. Just put your package on the shelf and leave it. Also has coffee accessories and gift things. Great employees, very friendly!

I have had a business mailbox here for over 10 years. The owners are a Husband & Wife team, and they have picture of family and kids on the walls which is absolutely awesome to see in an area like this. I have also worked for the owners doing some small construction, and it was a positive experience. They are good people. I wish they wouldn't support the extremist rainbow flags in the windows of their businesses, especially since there are schools close by. I have heard countless people with normal family values complain about the rainbow flags posted here while sitting out front enjoying their coffee on lunch breaks, its unfortunate and sad but the place offers a positive atmosphere, good coffee and tea, & mail box services. I will say I have had mostly positive experiences doing business with Greenwood Sip & Ship regardless of the culture of people they hire, everyone they hire has always been super polite and kind. The most positive experiences I have had has been the awesome communication and excellent customer service I received from Jerry. I'm always excited to see her or have her answer the phone because she is always so polite and kind when I'm usually having a very hard day at work. I often send my employees to pick up our business mail and she always accommodate our needs with a super positive Happy kind attitude, that makes my hard work day better every time. Anytime I get a chance to see the owners they recognize me and say hi. As a over worked small business owner myself, to have these kind of good interactions, it is so priceless to me. Highly encourage anyone to check out this place. They have good chocolate and cool hats I often buy too. Love this place!!! Thanks Jerry!!!!

Something about this place makes it awesome! Can’t defined a special feeling. Their coffee is just something that makes them great from aside everything else they do.

I’ve been using Greenwood Sip and Ship for years and they have been extremely reliable and helpful. The coffee and pastries are also great when you stop in. I recently had a package damaged by UPS and Diana (owner) personally handled the claim for me and was very responsive. Highly recommend.

I dropped off a snail mail envelope yesterday without realizing that the said envelope was NOT prepaid. This morning nice employees of S&S saw the problem, looked me up in their system called me and basically saved my week because I was sending some important documents over to a bank.

This is one of my favorite stores in the neighborhood. The staff is so friendly and I love to drop-in and get a coffee and browse their always changing selection of gifts and cards. They also have one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve had in Seattle!

Very friendly and helpful staff, patient with my three different shipping requests, and THEN we got to have tasty coffee drinks while looking around at all the fun gifts for purchase! Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for your services!

Greenwood Sip and Ship is a wonderful neighborhood establishment. Of course it is a place to meet any shipping needs but it is so much more. They coffee and pastries are amazing. The curation of wonderful gifts makes it a breeze to shop for birthdays, holidays, or just a little something to deliver as a "thinking of you" gift. I've also loved getting to know local women at their Women Business Owners Coffee and Discussion sessions. But probably my favorite thing about Sip and Ship is the amazing owners and staff. There is always a friendly smile, a helpful suggestion, and everyone always goes way above and beyond. Support this local shop - they are awesome!

So much appreciation for this place and its people. I became a customer via AnytimeMailbox. That service as implemented by Sip & Ship on Greenwood has been first rate. For about the cost of a US PO box I have online access to all my mail, plus package receipt for all the carriers. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

In addition the store and cafe are gems. Whether I'm being tempted by a cookie or needing a last-minute card -- which I can mail directly on site -- I've grown from a customer to a fan.

Diana runs a great ship, the friendly staff have "can-do" attitudes and are always helpful and up-beat. They have made the postal-mail side of my business run more smoothly and with less hassle than before, and I get a smile on my face just thinking about them.
