I didn’t want to write about this incident, but the way the manager/employee handled the situation made me share my experience here. My coworker ordered about 8 drinks through DoorDash, and we tipped and paid for delivery. One of the drinks—mine—was leaked because the cup was broken, while the rest were delivered normally.

I called the store and asked them to deliver my drink. They offered me either a refund or a “free drink” (which is not really free, since I already paid for it including tip, tax, and delivery). Anyway, we agreed that I could come and pick up my drink anytime, which I did. At this point, the situation should have been resolved: they would give me the drink I paid for, and that’s it.

However, when I came in and received my drink, the employee told me, “Next time you should call DoorDash and ask them for a refund.” I don’t think I needed to be lectured. As a customer paying for your product—just like at any other coffee shop in Seattle—it’s not my responsibility to chase down refunds with DoorDash. It’s your responsibility to ensure the product is delivered correctly. On top of that, I already went out of my way by driving to the store another day and cleaning up the leaked coffee from my workplace.

My advice: work better and don’t lecture customers for mistakes on your end. You simply gave me the coffee I had already paid for.

P.S coffee wasn’t good either!

The pistachio matcha latte was a tasty dessert drink and the aesthetic of the shop was another plus. Always brings up my mood when the staff are approachable and friendly, will come back again try out other drinks!!

I came here on Wednesday and there were 2 girls working. They both had a clean girl aesthetic💅🏽& they also told us they were close friends. (Writing this so they can read this and know who they are) I just want them to know that they absolutely killed our drinks. We had the best drinks of our lives from this cafe. They were also super sweet. 10000000/10. Will be back soon!

This place has the best Vietnamese coffee in Seattle. You cannot go wrong with any of their drinks. I love the salted egg biscoff coffee. It's frequently busy, but you can order online and skip the wait.

Cute small coffee shop near UW suitable for study or small talk. They play light music in the background which makes the atmosphere quite relaxing. Creative drinks, though I found them a bit on the sweeter side. Pistachio latte tastes okay, the topping seemed a bit artificial but coffee was really good. Overall will come back to try more.

I'm seriously obsessed with their matcha. I first tried it last fall, and I have been hooked ever since. Both the strawberry matcha and the pistachio matcha are very good, but I really like the plain one. It's smooth, and strong. The baristas are all super nice and attentive 🙂

If you’re looking for a drink that’s as photogenic as it is delicious, Sip House is a must-visit. Nestled in Seattle’s UW, this cozy cafe brings a creative twist to your usual coffee run, and their Iced Ube Latte is the star of the show.

The ube flavor is rich and subtly sweet, perfectly balanced with the espresso. It’s not overly sugary like some other ube drinks I’ve tried elsewhere. The vibrant purple color makes it stand out, and the texture is creamy without being too heavy. It’s a refreshing, unique alternative to your typical latte and definitely worth trying, especially on a warm day.

The vibe of Sip House is modern and relaxed, with friendly staff and a clean aesthetic. Whether you’re studying, catching up with a friend, or just grabbing something to-go, it’s an easy spot to enjoy.

Highly recommend stopping by for the Iced Ube Latte. You won’t regret it!

I’m not going to lie, the matcha was just fine. It was a bit small and the jam was overpowering. It looks nothing like the pictures they post online as well, which is fine as long as it tastes good but its quite tasteless in my opinion. The location is nice and i bet the coffees are better.

Tried their Ube latte. Ask for just 2 pumps of sugar for that perfect bittersweet Vietnamese coffee topped with smooth ube cream!

I love this place. I always get the Lychee Lemongrass tea with green tea 🤤
And they have yummy pastries from a local shop.
They do get quite busy, so seating can be hard to find on weekends.

Most of their drinks are consistently good. I love their packaging and the way they prepare each drink. It’s also a nice place to sit and hang out.

We tried their Cherry Blossom Festival special drinks (Cherry Blossom Matcha & Frappe) and really loved them!

Next time, I would ask for the Matcha to be sweetened with vanilla or honey, but that was my bad. However, the Cherry Blossom Frappe was to die for. So delicious!

Everyone there was so friendly and helped us with deciding on what to get for our first time visiting! Atmosphere was stunning and cozy with a lush setting of thriving plants! Coming again ASAP!

If you love Vietnamese coffee then this place is a must try. They have a delicious salted egg cream you can add to your coffee amongst other toppings like ube cream and cheese crema. I got a 12oz iced coffee with salted egg cream and was very pleased that they allow you to choose between an arabica or robusta blend.
