Sip House - Seattle Vietnamese Coffee Shop

We tried the pistachio cream latte and the tiramisu latte here. Let me start by saying that they’re both hefty drinks - especially the tiramisu latte.

Both were pretty nice - the pistachio latte was sweeter than we would’ve liked, but the tiramisu latte was really well done.

I was really surprised at how good the tiramisu itself is, and it pairs perfectly with the unsweetened latte that it sits on top of. It is a mess to eat though, so taking it to go is a really bad idea.

Love their ube coffee such a nice quality

This place sits on the corner, super cute. Friendly staff and the Tiramisu drink was fantastic, I also ordered a piece of Tiramisu to go and a passionfruit tea. Service was fast

Nice spot to grab a coffee, with a relaxed wibe. Good seating area with power access at every seat.

I absolutely loved my experience at Sip House ❤️. The customer service was excellent, the space was quiet and perfect for studying, and the drinks were delicious. The atmosphere was truly fantastic!

Too late in the day for caffeine but the sweet barista made me a steamed milk and graciously welcomed the pup that I was sitting.

Overcrowded and people taking up tables and still leaving empty seats. Definitely needs a better seating situation, but the food and drinks are absolutely amazing

Tried the matcha-misu (matcha + tiramisu) and it was so good! It was flavorful with a nice balance between the matcha and tiramisu layers. I really appreciated that it wasn’t too sweet, which made it easy to finish without feeling heavy. I’d definitely come back to try their other drinks next time!

The only downside is the seating. Since it’s located in the U-District near UW, the place is usually packed with students hanging out/studying for hours, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. But overall, it’s worth a visit just for the drinks.

The matcha tiramisu was priced well, however, the slice went straight into the trash after one bite. The lady finger was the only part that was ok. The mascapone cream tasted off, with some non-matcha like aftertaste, and the only hint of matcha was the light toss of green tea that was soaked into the top layer of the cream.

The plants were nice to look at, though.

The place is really cute and quiet and has outlets everywhere so you can study/work. Matcha-misu was good but bit pricey around $15 after tax and had too much ice. I think it's still worth a try. Other drinks are around $7.5 before tax.

Love the service and the vibes of this cafe, a good spot to study and finish up some work while enjoying a yummy drink!

Drinks are amazing and I go all the time but the costumer service interaction is terrible. They never remember my order, especially when I order the same thing everytime🥲
Like, why are the cashiers going to be unfriendly or blunt when you’re just getting coffee? It’s not that deep… Why hire someone like this or did you train them to interact this way? Makes no sense, it’s a coffee shop

I love sip house because of all of the windows and the friendly people there. I always either get the Kumquat cooler which is a new summer drink or the jasmine milk tea with 50% sweet. I don’t drink coffee but I would guess it’s good! It’s a nice spot to do some work except it might be too busy to get a table during the weekends when school is in session. Also, they have plenty of places to charge your devices!
