The spicy cauliflower tacos are lit. I open ‘em up + add pico + guac + hot sauce. Bam! Every bite is a delight. The hot sauce is medium hot + the second ingredient is vegetable broth, which gives it a unique flavor that I love so much, I keep it stocked in my fridge.
I’ve had a few of the soups + they hit peak level flavor without going into overdrive. Swoonworthy. They just added a weekday lunch menu that includes a vegan burrito + the one I got was way too light on the beans but delicious. Next time I’ll ask for “más frijoles.”

I could mostly only taste the heat but not much other flavor. The staff wasn’t super helpful with vegan options and you have to find your own seating. I think the soup was decent though.

Went here for some late night tacos and one of the cooks was eating with gloves on and then proceeded to make our meal. The other person cooking helped clear some tables with gloves on and then started prepping with those same gloves on. That’s with people watching them. Maybe a food prep refresher is needed?

There was only one vegan taco option, but it was very good! Very flavorful and the perfect level of spice. The Mexican slaw wasn’t that exciting, but it was good too. I really wish they had more vegan options!
