This place has a special place in my heart. I've enjoyed the restaurant a few times on my own but me and my friend went in on the dia de los muertos parade event and it just felt *right*. Chips and queso is so good. The tacos are always good. Gotta say, the potato taco is my favorite. They also serve two soups and who doesn't love a warm cup of soup? It is a little pricey but it's worth the hype.
The folks here are very chill and friendly, and the food is fantastic. Exactly what I would expect going over to a friend's house where their abuelita just cooked us dinner. Perfect homestyle.
The tacos are awesome, crunchy shell savory filling, and the burritos... damn. HUGE, and I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing it was so good. Easily a 2 meal burro, and day two me was very happy I saved some for another meal.
