Stood in line for 20 minutes. Constantly bumped down the queue due to online orders. Not coming back. Don’t get why the use platforms and make less per order when it’s going to kill foot traffic.

I'm a regular customer but today I get very less portion than usual! Was not happy about it. The small skinny asian girl there even took my portion back to the container! She's so rude. I was here around 5

Better than Chipotle, pretty good portion sizes, decent tasting food, could be cleaner.
I’d give this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the seating situation! But this is food, and the food was really tasty and all the ingredients tasted fresh. I had the BB Banh Mi and I would 100% have it again.

I got violently ill after eating takeout from this place and I can 1000% guarantee it is from this establishment. It appears there have been prior complaints of people reporting food poisoning as well. I never write reviews but felt compelled to warn the public before they also get sick.

There are much better banh mi shops nearby. It's fast at least but there's not much of a place to sit. Definitely a spot for quick takeout.

Great value, great food, always fresh ingredients. I always get the half rice half salad bowl and I’m always full after!
