The fried chicken breakfast scramble was seriously some of the best fried chicken I've ever had - fall apart tender but perfectly crispy. The atmosphere here is super cute as well with fun colors and a great view of Post Alley, and the staff here are super nice! Definitely my new favorite diner in Seattle.

Absolutely incredible!!! The food was amazing, the service was great, and the bright lime green made the atmosphere lovely and bright. I highly recommend trying the homemade brown sugar syrup for your French toast and the chicken chub sandwich.

We stopped here Sunday morning around 1030. We walked in and our presence wasn’t acknowledged for 5-10 minutes. We were eventually seated and again ignored, the two waiters walked by us about 12 times with zero acknowledgment… we watched several people leave after long waits for a table with no acknowledgment… we even watched two groups leave after seated for no service. We were about to leave and the waitress graciously took our order saying “you can go but I can put your order in if you want”. We ended up ordering ($4.50 bottomless coffee with zero offer for refill throughout our entire visit), food was okay. Once we were ready to go the waitress came over and told us our bill was $61, “that seems expensive” she says… then she tally’s it up and says “I guess it’s just expensive”. I don’t think I’ve been to a restaurant and had worse service. Ever.

It’s hard to know how one is even supposed to procure food at this establishment. They apparently have servers and also an options to order through the toast app. When we ordered through the app it seemed like we did the right thing because we were completely ignored by the wait staff. After waiting for about 20 minutes for my coffee I ordered, I inquired about its whereabouts and was told by the staff that, “they don’t really use the app much.” So, I asked, “why does it exist then?” He had no response. They eventually grabbed our items for us that we had already paid and tipped for. Will not be returning.

Definitely my favorite location out of all the Skillets there are, well this is only the second diner location. It is just so big and spacious and the interior is so cute. Skillet is always super consistent with the quality of food and service so when I visited it did not disappoint. We tried some things we haven't had before and man, that kale caesar is probably my favorite caesar salad I have EVER had wow. And the jam burger so juicy and the softest bun. The cluck chub is also so good and the mixture f salty and sweet and the crunch, so delish The mac and cheese is eh, nothing special but still good Definitely visit them when the reopen!!

The vibes are so good here. Went very early on a weekday so had the place to myself. Cheerful staff and classic decor made a great experience. Good coffee that kept coming and I took a cup to go. Modern diner fare doesn't disappoint, actually some very tasty twists on the classics.

Such a clean, welcoming, and TASTY breakfast joint! The perfect balance of modern vibes, while still keeping that comfy diner feel. Our server was awesome and felt super genuine/friendly. She checked in the perfect amount and we had such a lovely meal to kick off our vacation :)I got the Chub with added avocado and it was the bomb diggity. Seriously, that jalapeño aioli with the bacon jam, plus the other ingredients, made it one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve EVER had. The croissant bun is super light and that makes it perfect with this sandwich! It would be too heavy if it had a traditional bun. The only thing I’d do different next time would be to get the fried chicken Chub instead of the bacon because their fried chicken would be sooo tasty in that sandwich. Dream combo, for sure!! ?

Stumbled across Skillet Diner and man I'm glad I did. The staff was nice and helped out with every question our party had. I had a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg cooked to your choice, with cheese on a croissant. Also a side of their potatoes. Which came with fried onions on top. Kinda threw me off but they went well with the sandwich. The sandwich was super delicious, the sausage was bigger than the croissant. It was delicious definitely recommend skillet Diner
