Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and had the breakfast burrito and potatoes. Everything was delicious and the staff was super kind and attentive!

Skillet saved the day! I had a last minute catering order bail on me for a corporate event. Skillet's GM (I think Hailee) was clutch, asked their chef to open up early on a Tuesday to get breakfast made for ~20 people. Food was amazing, they rallied so quickly for us and even added accommodated a few custom asks. Really appreciate you Skillet crew!!

Dropped in for a late lunch - it's been a few years since I've been here or the capitol hill location. The fried chicken sammy is still solid. But you guys have got to get rid of this QR code menu and payment bullshit, it's really terrible customer experience, and certainly not any faster or more convenient than a tap to pay POS.

We ate here before going to a jazz show and the food was really good. The baby greens salad was really fresh and the Nashville chicken sandwich was delicious. My bf got the steelhead sammie and he really enjoyed it. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been living in Seattle downtown for 5 years, and this place has the BEST value price! It’s located in the heart of Amazon headquarters, surrounded by a bunch of clearly over-priced restaurants and bars, but it keeps the good value-price and services. Here’s some data points, this place has HH from 1PM to close, $6 well, $7 beer pint, $3 fries and $13 burger. I’ve visited here since 2020, still have no complain about this place at all.

If you're looking for good American fare, this place does everything it needs. The burgers were hot and prepared. Well. It's not the best burger I've ever eaten. But, it was certainly tasty. The prices are a bit up there for what you're getting. The atmosphere was nice and they took care of us in a timely fashion. It did take them a while to come to the bar for refills which was a little annoying. Given that there were only two other people in the entire establishment besides us, it felt like it would be really easy to take care of something like this instead of us having to wait and flag someone down.

Got the breakfast Sammy. Was very good. On the pricy side just for a breakfast sandwich ($20) but everything we had during our weeklong visit was pricy.

My house Coffee was good.

I dislike giving less than stellar reviews, but things have changed here. The fries are cut differently, and have a different texture. Less good. The garlic fries from before were orders of magnitude better. Today it was fries with essence of garlic instead of robust garlic. And the food overall costs more, including the garlic fries. This is an excellent of example of enshittification of our favorite eateries.. costing more for less delivery.

We were happy to find a lunch spot that wasn't fast food in downtown Seattle on a Saturday. The good: The staff are very welcoming. Hospitality is a key ingredient and Skillet has it. We ordered two Good Burgers, a side of garlic fries, a side baby greens salad, and a 12 oz bottle of San Pellegrino water. All was delicious, fresh, and presented well. Atmosphere is casual but pleasant; one orders at the counter or via a barcode, and then the food is brought to your table. The bad: The bill with the tip was $73.14 for a two burger lunch. That's Seattle for ya--overpriced. For this reason, unfortunately, we likely won't be back. I will say, they DON'T include the tax when calculating the tip for you--good on ya, Skillet.

Tasty and simple food, but overpriced. We ordered the grilled cheeses with a side of soup which came out to $44 dollars. The grilled cheese was very well done, and very cheesy. The soup was good, had a pleasant flavour profile, but could've been hotter (it was just warm). The restaurant had plenty of seating available at 8pm -- we were the only ones there. All the tables are along the walls and set up for groups of 2-6. There is not much street parking in the area, but Amazon garage public parking available. The service was quick and very polite.

$20 for a flavorless and watery breakfast burrito

Never again. This used to be one of the best burgers in town, and it’s still decent, but at $23 to $24, it is terrible value. Almost every other gastro or even casual burger in the city is at least as good, and a number of them are better, but for a chunk less money. Plus this place used to have really good fries made from fresh potatoes and now they appear to be using frozen institutional fries. Just ridiculous for the prices they’re charging and considering what other restaurants regularly offer.
