Skillet saved the day! I had a last minute catering order bail on me for a corporate event. Skillet's GM (I think Hailee) was clutch, asked their chef to open up early on a Tuesday to get breakfast made for ~20 people. Food was amazing, they rallied so quickly for us and even added accommodated a few custom asks. Really appreciate you Skillet crew!!

Dropped in for a late lunch - it's been a few years since I've been here or the capitol hill location. The fried chicken sammy is still solid. But you guys have got to get rid of this QR code menu and payment bullshit, it's really terrible customer experience, and certainly not any faster or more convenient than a tap to pay POS.

We ate here before going to a jazz show and the food was really good. The baby greens salad was really fresh and the Nashville chicken sandwich was delicious. My bf got the steelhead sammie and he really enjoyed it. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
