I can confidently say this is not only the best burger in Seattle but the best burger I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and their food lives up to every expectation and more. The food comes out to you quick and they take the time to converse with their customers. The smash burgers are perfectly made and a fully commit to the messy nature of sandwiches without becoming soggy. They understand what they are selling and have streamlined it so well that it creates for the perfect experience. Wherever this truck sits is a destination spot if you ever visit the city.

While on location at Growler Guys-Lake City.
Ordering seems a bit wonky but it was fast and the food was hot and there was a pile of fries. Burger was crisp and salty and covered in creamy melted cheese. The bun and pickles complemented the burger very nicely.
This thing was a mess to eat. And it was worth it.
I have my eye on the PB&J version next time. This one is the basic OK Smash. Great view this evening, as well.

I went last week and ordered through their QR code after the workers at the Growler Guys raved about their burgers. Decided to get loaded fries. Signed up for alerts. Waited 30 minutes thinking they’re busy only to finally get up and check on my food. It has been ready for 20 or so minutes. When I confronted the workers they told me I should have signed up for alerts. They were just standing there unsympathetic and waved me off. I get home only to find completely soggy fries. It was an absolute mess. I contacted them through the email they sent only to never hear back. So here is my review. Terrible customer service. Soggy food. $20 soggy fries.

This was seriously the best smash burger I’ve ever had. I drove across town to try this burger because someone told me they’re a must try and it did not disappoint. The owner is so fun, nice, hospitable and customer focused. He really makes the customer feel welcomed but most of all his food is delicious and flavorful. There is cool seating outside too. I’ll definitely be back for more…a lot!

Super disappointed at the food. I took my parents here telling them this place is considered one of the best burger places in Seattle. But everything was extremely salty, to the point that the burgers and the fries all tasted bitter. Will never come back
