Came from instagram with high expectations, they only do online orders but the food was prepared quickly. The spicy fries were awesome! Perfectly seasoned and crispy. The smash burger however was a let down I got The Chester and wish the patty was more smashed like I had seen on instagram and it tasted like it was only seasoned with salt. My bf got the OklahomaSmash and he had the same comments.. Overall I do recommend with a 6/10.

Ordered the Oklahoma and Kimchi Smash with Saucy fries. Everything was good but a bit on the salty side. Gotta wash it down with a cold one from Rooftop Brew Co. Would try it again, though!

Had the pleasure of trying this place out at Rooftop Brewing Co! It was a sunny Seattle Sunday, and the beer and burgers were calling. We picked up! There is a QR code at Rooftop to order at truck, and they text you when ready! I have yet to find any other brewery with this system. It's nice to not have to abandon your brew and company to stay in line! Our food was ready in 15-20mins.The portions were generous! They add ON their add ons! My burger was swimming in fried onions, but I'm not complaining The patties were doubled too.Quality was abundant. The burgers were juicy, the cheese melted, the fries crispy, and the seasonings were unique. My partner and I were saying how they were robbed from a rightful acknowledgement on best Seattle burgers list!These burgers may just make a regular out of us! Keep up the good work!

ONE OF THE BEST IN THE CITY.If you know why people like smash style burgers, you'll know what you're looking for, and this place delivers.Nice and crispy sear on the meat, definitely juicy. Real American cheese. and their house sausce is pretty good. it's kind of like thousand island a little bit but with less mayo and a little spicy. Really compliments the beef well. Speaking of which, they're definitely using a 73% lean blend, which is exactly what you want to get maximum flavor and juicy texture. I could go on, but you get the basics.The "whole experience" was pretty easy too. You order online. And if you walk up and order when you get they're, food is ready in like 2-3 minutes, so either way is fresh. the guy running it was really friendly and had some good recommendations for what to order. You have to scan the qr code at the window if you didn't already order online but even then it was pretty quick to select and pay. food was ready pretty quick tooParking: limited on site parking but there's plenty in the areaWheelchair accessibility: you should be just fine. as long as you can get parking, there's plenty of room to get to the window and put in your order or pick up food

Wonderful food great atmosphere and service is impeccable!
Heard about this place on Reddit and decided to check them out. Friendly folks working in the food truck and my order was made quickly. The burger I got was delicious, the perfectly crispy patty and the little crunchy onion straws was exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be going back this weekend! I didn't get a chance to stop in Rooftop brewing itself but everyone that I interacted with that worked there was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

The Oklahoma Burger is easily one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The edges are perfectly crispy. The sauce....OMG the sauce! Enough pickles to cover the entire burger. A simple bun that highlights the burger and doesn't steal the show. This is a truly great burger! I only regret that I forgot to take a picture! The Chester was our only regret. Think of it as the kid's meal. Not really for adults. The loaded fries were just that. Loaded with goodness and enough for four.

Hands down best burger in Seattle. Simple menu w smash burgers and crinkle fries. The burger patty was super seared and flavorful w great ratio to the rest of burger. It's a food truck in front of a friendly bar so works well to grab a beer too

Excellent smash burger with lots of crispy edges and tasty onions. I also enjoyed the crinkle cut fries since I have a soft spot for them. I really appreciated the staff too, really friendly and they seem like a good time. I was the first order of the day on a Sunday and they made me feel welcome which I appreciated. Probably the best smash burger in town. Definitely give them a try!
