The best cinnamon roll of my life.
This is one of the coolest cafes I’ve been to in Seattle-it feels like you’re just chillin with the bros. Be sure to ask for the “secret beans” for your coffee;)

Mattez (sp?) was an incredible barista / host for our short (and very first) visit to Snapdragon Bakery after a crummy dinner experience. The coffee was so good, and the gluten-free carrot cake was *out of this world* They elevated the whole experience by being hospitable, present, hilarious, and authentic. Can’t wait to go back to try more baked goods and chum it up with one of the most interesting people we’ve met in Seattle.

Portions are ginormouse so you get your money's worth. The staff are very friendly and passionate about their craft. I've tried a few of their seasonal pastries on rotation. I'll select things I won't typically eat; I'm always surprised by how delicious everything taste.

Delicious coffee, a welcoming space, the pastries looked delectable, but to my taste were pretty underseasoned. A pinch more salt would have made them perfect!
Had a great time trying snapdragon on a visit to Seattle. The service was great and the HUGE croissant cinnamon roll was delicious and perfect to split with a friend. I also enjoyed the apple cider chai- tasted like fall!
