The Seven Flavor Beef was a well know West Seattle favorite of the new owner’s former now closed restaurant, Lee’s Asian. He had added it to the Judy Fu menu. A bit too salty this time around. Reduce the salt and you’ll have a new neighbor winner. Folks in West Seattle have gone without their Seven Flavor Beef fix for so long have wondered. So here you go.
I have only been there once many years ago and it left such a impression on me that I have wanted to go back for a long time!
This used to be a great place but since it is only takeout the quality has really declined, unless you sit in the parking lot to eat it.
