3.5/5. Came here on a Weds evening. We ordered a variety of dishes at Snappy Dragon including the homemade chow mein snappy dragon noodles, moo shu pork, the 7 spices beef dish, and fried wontons which were all flavorful and generously portioned. Everything came out hot and in a timely manner.

The fried wontons were our favorite dish, the others just didn't hit as we'd like. Also, I unfortunately ended up with some stomach discomfort afterward. It may have just been an off day as no one else in my group had issues but it was something to note.

Overall, the food was tasty and plentiful, and service was friendly. There's limited parking in their parking lot but parking on the main street or in the neighborhood is available.

We love Judy's. The lunch special is generous. The entrees are for sharing. The salt and pepper chicken is to die for.

Love the food here. I always get the homemade stir fried egg noodles and Mongolian tofu, delicious! Parking located near the restaurant and they do deliver to a good distance in the area.

My go to Chinese spot gf df, but I wished they did fine in because lately they always forget something like napkins or utensils or things that used to accompany a dish. It appears they have dine in service again, so go for it. Just be prepared to search for parking.

I ordered from here a couple months ago and am finally posting a review. We got our food to go. Nothing was good. General Tso's chicken and the Sechwan Chicken were flavorless. I ordered a side of homemade noodles because it was raved about in the reviews.. would not recommend.
Would not recommend this place.

Amazing food and great service will for sure be back. Definitely in my top 5 for Chinese food in Seattle.

The Seven Flavor Beef was a well know West Seattle favorite of the new owner’s former now closed restaurant, Lee’s Asian. He had added it to the Judy Fu menu. A bit too salty this time around. Reduce the salt and you’ll have a new neighbor winner. Folks in West Seattle have gone without their Seven Flavor Beef fix for so long have wondered. So here you go.

These folks make some d--- fine food. The portions are immense (family style, order for the group and share!), well priced for the portions, and extremely good quality, especially for the price-to-quantity ratio.

I personally recommend the homemade noodles, they have a pleasant chewiness. The salt and pepper chicken, fried rice, crispy fried wontons, and the nine flavor beef were all great. The nine flavor beef had a sweet-tangy flavor that was completely unique, with an almost caramelized note to it that was absolutely wild. EXTREMELY rich, I recommend ordering something light to accompany it.

My new mainstay for chinese food.

Newcomers to Seattle don’t always appreciate how few places are left from the Seattle that people born and raised here grew up with. Snappy Dragon may not be the best Chinese food in the city, but I’m honestly not sure what place would win that title, and I am happy with the food and nostalgia they serve. I worked at a rival NE Seattle Chinese restaurant in high school called Black Pearl, also run by Taiwanese immigrants, and they both serve many of the same dishes. The portions are generous and flavorful, I especially love the Kung Pao Tofu, seven flavor beef and pan fried potstickers. Snappy Dragon brings me back to a Seattle that was less affluent and less pretentious.
