The Seven Flavor Beef was a well know West Seattle favorite of the new owner’s former now closed restaurant, Lee’s Asian. He had added it to the Judy Fu menu. A bit too salty this time around. Reduce the salt and you’ll have a new neighbor winner. Folks in West Seattle have gone without their Seven Flavor Beef fix for so long have wondered. So here you go.
These folks make some d--- fine food. The portions are immense (family style, order for the group and share!), well priced for the portions, and extremely good quality, especially for the price-to-quantity ratio.

Newcomers to Seattle don’t always appreciate how few places are left from the Seattle that people born and raised here grew up with. Snappy Dragon may not be the best Chinese food in the city, but I’m honestly not sure what place would win that title, and I am happy with the food and nostalgia they serve.
