Snowy River Cocktail Company - Madison Valley

My second 50% off hamburgers Wednesday: they have bees on tap, good wines besides a full complement of traditional and their own cocktails. Friendly excellent service. Fish and chips were good. I’m going back to try their Aussie meat pies and French dip. Pleasant and a good value!

Came here for a date night with my partner and absolutely loved it. We had great drinks, delicious food, and an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and went over the top to make sure our experience was the best it could be. The “bet on your bartender” option on the drink menu was even better than we imagined. They took the time to ask about preferences and came through with the perfect cocktails. Attached is one example my partner got which she loved!

Most of these reviews and photos are from their previous location and are inaccurate. The Madison location has friendly staff. Aside from that, the decor looks bare and cheap which is in contrast with the menu prices which is very overpriced. The food was overcooked and bland. I ordered the Madison Melt (medium) with some added toppings and I received a well done, charred burger and bun with the original toppings missing and wrong type of fries. I understand mistakes happen but paying high prices for low quality food and environment isn’t a great experience.

Came here a few months back on a slow day (they had just reopened, I think). The selection of cocktails is superb, and the bartender is incredible at his craft. The service is as friendly as you could ever ask for. Being that it was a slow, early afternoon when I came in, we got to speak with the bartender/host for quite a while and we felt very welcome and comfortable here. They manage a great balance of casual and yet classy/refined. I highly recommend coming here if you are in search of a good cocktail and I definitely recommend getting the “Bet on your Bartender” option!

Staff are super friendly and accommodating! Came on Wednesday for the burger special (50% off). Had a gluten free bun with chicken “burger” (2 chicken breast strips). Chicken was well cooked, but aioli lacked any flavor and the avocado smash was brown. Fries were incredibly average, plain with some rosemary sprinkled on top. Well cooked though. Prices are pretty crazy for what it is so I was glad we came for the 50% off day. Normally the food and drinks are absurdly overpriced. Would try some of the apps during happy hour but beyond that probably not in the regular restaurant rotation.

Great local cocktail bar. We were welcomed by the owners, had the perfect, personalized martini made by a bartender that really listened, and a fabulous meal of roasted Brussels and avocado smash burgers. Snowy River was an unexpected bit of joy on a dark and dreary Seattle evening. Worth donning a mask for.

Snowy River was a great experience. My wife and I stopped here for drinks on a whim and we’re blown away by this place. We trusted our bartender, Preston, to make us something delicious and he made phenomenal cocktails for us. We Will definitely be back to try some more libations!

I had the moscato (wine) which exceeded my expectations. Our daughter said that her burger was delicious!! I also loved the ice cream in Frangelico.

Interesting cocktail menu...very pleasant spot to hang with friends.

Great cocktails, food and super friendly staff

My apologies, I was too hungry to remember photos. The specialty drinks are delicious, especially the Fall Spice Martini, basically pumpkin spice, sweet, but not too sweet. I had the grilled chicken and my partner ordered the snowy burger, both good, with crispy yummy fries. I definitely recommend this newly opened place.

We had a great time for a friends night!! Cocktails are awesome, specially the golden... (don't remember the name) and they look fancy.The ambiance is cozy, service is great and if you haven't tried a Mexican cecina, this is the place to go! Also the burger is tasty, yummy!
