Yum bingsoo
I had high expectations, but the experience was just okay. The shaved ice wasn’t good , and the service could have been warmer. Overall, it wasn’t what I hoped for.
Great and delicious and one of the best taiyaki ever! its like a croissant style!
Pretty good bingsoo, but not the best. The prices are very very high and the amount of bingsoo you got was not worth the price. This is definitely a place where you'd splurge on and you'd save yourself a long trip and good money if you went somewhere else.
Have you ever eaten something that was so good, it brought you to tears?
I never understood the hype around shaved ice. Gola Ganda. Snow cones. Whatever you wanna call it. I'm essentially paying for water. The flavoring usually doesn't penetrate through the mountain of snow and all the fun toppings are only on the top.
But this. This answered my prayers. This is the dessert we need, but don't deserve. Every flake of soft snow was saturated with whole milk. There was a layer of sweet, authentic mango and strawberry at the top and bottom of the snow. This was the shaved ice of my dreams. I'll be back soon.
Cool vegan desserts!
Portion is getting smaller. It’s now a flat bowl unlike the piled up that is on the posters.
Toppings within the layers
Snow is milk based + flakey + creamy
Taiyaki = croissant 🥐
Water, wet wipes, spoons, and napkins are available as self service
Got wifi available as well
There was one worker there on a Sunday afternoon and thankfully, the customers came in one at a time but have patience with the staff & expect a wait of 10 min at least
Cook doesnt wash appliances, so our nutella taiyaki had cheese in it
This was my first time having Korean shaved ice and omg it was amazing! I got the regular berry shaved ice and my partner got the Oreo. We didn’t realize the regular size was so massive so two people definitely could share one regular. The U Village branch is open until 10:45 PM which is awesome. Parking wasn’t that bad in the evening, all street parking or the light rail stop is an 11 min walk.

Cute place and the food is really good. The bingsu however is soo small for the price. There’s plenty of places north around lynnwood that are cheaper
I actually wasn't sure what to expect when I stopped by Snowy Village, but it really was a tasty treat! Ordering was straightforward with the device on the counter, but there were also staff nearby to help if needed. I ordered the Lite portion size and it was still really big! I haven't had this type of dessert before, but I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend trying it out!
Snowy Village is open late which makes getting dessert easier. They have a screen to order what you’d like and options to make customizations to each item. Wait time was about 5 minutes. I got the mango shaved ice w/ 25% sugar. It was delicious!! 10/10
Tasty shaved ice with very fine texture like shredded coconut! The flavor was satisfying but prepare to get messy! The staff kindly places your cup on napkins for any fallout. Will be coming back!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with the Snowy Village team for our company’s summer cruise event of 240 attendees, and they were incredible from start to finish. Communication during the planning process was seamless, and their team showed up with a warm, professional, and “let’s get it done” attitude that made setup a breeze.
Their customer service was top-notch, they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our guests feel taken care of. We hosted the event on a unique venue (a boat!), and they adapted flawlessly to the space and helped us pull off something truly special.
We’re so excited to work with them again in the future. Highly recommend for a unique catering experience!
