I actually wasn't sure what to expect when I stopped by Snowy Village, but it really was a tasty treat! Ordering was straightforward with the device on the counter, but there were also staff nearby to help if needed. I ordered the Lite portion size and it was still really big! I haven't had this type of dessert before, but I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Snowy Village is open late which makes getting dessert easier. They have a screen to order what you’d like and options to make customizations to each item. Wait time was about 5 minutes. I got the mango shaved ice w/ 25% sugar. It was delicious!! 10/10

Tasty shaved ice with very fine texture like shredded coconut! The flavor was satisfying but prepare to get messy! The staff kindly places your cup on napkins for any fallout. Will be coming back!

Communication during the planning process was seamless, and their team showed up with a warm, professional, and “let’s get it done” attitude that made setup a breeze.
Their customer service was top-notch, they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our guests feel taken care of. We hosted the event on a unique venue (a boat!), and they adapted flawlessly to the space and helped us pull off something truly special.
We’re so excited to work with them again in the future. Highly recommend for a unique catering experience!

As much as we love the taiyaki here, Snowy Village has a severe taiyaki efficiency problem. Almost every time we’ve ordered from them, there have been delays. Most notably, tonight we waited an hour and a half for our order. Their waffle irons were having some electrical issues causing delays, but the staff kept assuring us “20 more minutes” or “we’re making your order now” and time continued to pass. When we finally got our order, one of the taiyakis had no filling, and the rest were pretty overcooked.

This is a great place with a fresh new idea, we tried Mango, Biscoff and Cheesecake, all of them delicious (not your syrupy shaved ice), staff was really friendly and helpful to understand the flavors, portions are fairly big so be aware small is enough for 1-2 people even.
I'd definitely recommend and be back!
