Disappointed After a Promising First Visit
Our first experience here was great—friendly atmosphere, good service, and the food and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was the complete opposite and left us very disappointed.
From the start, the server’s personal hygiene was noticeably poor, which made receiving both food and drinks uncomfortable. I had to flag the server down just to place a food order, which felt frustrating.
When I asked for ranch with my wings—a common request—the server responded with visible annoyance and informed me, rather curtly, that they do not have ranch. That in itself wasn’t the issue, but no alternatives were offered, and the tone made the exchange unnecessarily unpleasant.
I also requested my wings to be extra crispy, which was met with another rude look and a dismissive response: “I may be able to do that.” When the wings arrived, they were not crispy at all—nothing like my previous visit, where they were cooked exactly as requested.
Overall, the lack of customer service, poor attitude, and drop in food quality made this visit disappointing. It felt like a completely different place, and sadly, I won’t be returning.

Drinks = 5⭐ Totally stopped because of the name, drinks were amazing. We didn't eat, but don't forget to look at your receipt. So many fun things to see on that receipt. We kept it as a souvenir. I don't mean anything about the prices, I just mean keep your receipt and look at it. It's just those little details that make this place super fun.

Just visiting Seattle and found this little reasonably priced gem! What great place for few beers and some good food (they can serve a beyond burger as well) could just do with some more snack/ mini bites to go with the great beer selection! We enjoyed it so much we went twice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at SRB. Self described as "a restaurant pretending to be a bar", I was shocked at how delicious the food is! Restaurant grade meals, delicious cocktails, amazing service with friendly patrons, I'm definitely adding this to my weekly spots to visit!
This is a great little bar. The eggnog shot is delicioso! And the pull apart parmeson bread was more like a pastry and so good. Would definitely recommend this place.

We love SRB. I have lived in Belltown for a decade and they have been a go to food / drinks spot forever. They care about the quality of the food and creating a great vibe inside.
I recently walked by SRB early on a Sunday morning, and the owner's wife was sweeping broken glass. Someone had smashed their window, and she was taking the time to sweep the sidewalk so that dogs wouldn't hurt their paws on the shards. She really cared about the dogs during such a frustrating time, which speaks to how great they are. It makes sense their food is so high quality bc they're such high quality people.
If you're in Belltown and looking for good food at a fair price, go to SRB!
